Placed 2 orders with FT on Aug 31 during their last sitewide sale.
Shipping service selected was "USPS Expedited Service" for a minimal shipping fee (under $3). I had to choose this because of battery products in the order - no free option.
Both orders didn't ship until Sept 15 due to many items not actually in stock.
Received both yesterday Sept 30. So 15 days is pretty good timing in-transit. They are using DHL Global Mail (or whatever you call it - where DHL gets it to the USA and then hands it off to USPS) like everyone else now except they aren't charging an arm and a leg for it like the others. Their prices on mods and tanks are usually higher, though, but I only order parts and accessories and hard to find older stuff that no one else carries and all that stuff is still cheap at FT.
Anyhow, even if you count the 15 days pre-shipment waiting, 20-30 days is about what it always took for my FT deliveries.
BUT
2 of the items I ordered are defective. I've never had to deal with returns for defective products with FT so let's see how this goes. I have to upload a video because a picture will not show the defect. But it's gonna be hard for me since I do not have a video camera or smart phone. I have to use the video function on my digital camera.
It's gonna be a real pain in the ....!
