Got my order from 2 months ago. Every piece of glass was smashed - even the glass in the tanks. Filed a "ticket" with photos asking for refund so next time I can choose alternate shipping. We'll see.

Good grief... I'm so sorry, SlowTalker. I've never seen anything like that--ever.

My goodness! That's ridiculous! Hopefully they'll refund you quickly, and/or get some replacements to you asap!

I'm with Katya, I've never seen anything like that from fasttech (or anywhere else for that matter) before... that's destroyed!

My packages of coils from FT were flattened, but fortunately the were not breakable or I'd be in the same situation as you. You deserve an expedited replacement via DHL.

I just ordered glass the other day before seeing this. Guess it's wait and see time.

I have ordered Dozens of pieces of Replacement Glass from FT over the years, and have only had one come Broken.

So if things are pretty much back to Normal shipping-wise, I would say you are probably going to be in Good Shape.

I figure if the glass gets broken, that will suck, but it could be worse. It's replacement glass, and not a whole atomizer, so I'll live with it, even if I don't like it. If I have to, I'll take some measurements, buy a glass tube, cut it and fire polish the ends.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but it's an option. Making atomizer parts would be a different story altogether. With no CNC lathe on hand, paying someone else to machine an atty would be a much more expensive endeavor.

Yes that was at the VERY BOTTOM of some pile for a while that is for sure.

Please don't call a fairly harmless virus the plague. It's just fueling the flames. NOT EVERYTHING has to do with a fairly harmless virus (and I had it and sure, it was unpleasant and my T cells show it and I was sick for longer than I can remember.) At no point did I develop large boils or even feel like I was going to die. Maybe WANTED to die a few days but I knew I was not GOING to.

Certainly, mail was disrupted for a while but I think things are slowly going back to normal and it's probably a lot easier to take the daily shipment than go digging at piles.

    Unfortunately.

But a fairly harmless albeit unpleasant virus for most (even if they have a couple risk factors and I did) unless you are SUPER high risk is NOTHING like the "Bring out your dead" situation.

    It's just not.

No offense, but I'm really sick of it. It's going to be "magical" how quickly the virus goes away after the election-- you heard it here.

My August 6th expedited order from FT hasn't updated in 12 days. Last and only update by DHL--August 6. So much for German efficiency.

I checked GlobalRadar, USPS and DHL tracking--nada. In addition, Radar shows that the package has shipped from the City of Industry?!?!?

I've received several dozen orders from Fastech over years. Two arrived last week. None were lost. Nothing has ever been broken, including some glass and plastic tanks. Two items were defective and were resolved. I'm expecting to make at least one more order from FT. No worries.

Lucky you. My package from November was lost and refunded after 3 months of back and forth with FT. Now my last one seems to be stuck even though I paid extra for the expedited shipping.

Hard to say what is going on from just that Small bit of Tracking. But I Doubt it is Lost. More than Likely it is just Delayed.

Did DHl carry the Package from the US point of Entry?
