Apparently they really undervalue the external paperwork. They DO put paperwork on the package. Seen mine on the photo they uploaded to my order page.

Customs will contact you for payment.

Oh, and DHL will pay your fee I'd you used that delivery option but they won't release your package till you reimburse them and their own fees.

What did you order btw?

This was my first order as I wanted to what they are like. Shipping Upgrade $0.62. Shipment Total $13.82.
Aluminum Stand for 510 Atomizers.
Empty Square Dropper Bottle for e-liquids.
Empty Glass Round Dropper Bottle for e-liquids.
Silicone Anti-slip Ring for E-Cigarette Atomizers / mods.
Aluminum Alloy Stand for 510 Thread Atomizers.
Single 18650 Battery PVC Heat Shrink Tubing.

Is that last product an actual battery? If so then I'd get that shipped separately as airlines won't like taking them and they get sent by boat.

You could hypothetically have your order split into two shipments if your worried. But if that's a battery I'd make it 3. Will still take 2 weeks to arrive most likely. What shipping method are you using? Should be shown under the My Order "order no" tab.

No it's not an actual battery. It's the plastic heat shrink tubing which covers the actual battery.

On my account is says Shipment 1: Ship via Singapore Post. Status Shipped.

Some one on another thread told me to make sure the items I want are in stock.

I really appreciate all your help, thank you.

Your welcome. I'm new to Fasttech as well but I try and pick up on things quickly :)

Did you select a method with tracking? If so you should check out 17Track. Or click the number under "tracking" but it might take a little while to get set up. Mine shipped yesterday and still no tracking status.

I paid $0.62 for shipping upgrade so it's tracked and I have to sign for it.

I clicked the tracking number and it took me to Singapore Post's website and I got the message saying ' Sorry, we are unable to locate this tracking number in our system. Please verify and re-enter your tracking number. Alternatively, please try again 24 hours later. Your item may have not reached our Processing Centre.

What did you order? and if you don't mind saying, how much was your order for?.

Just keep in mind that the price (in ££££) shown on the FT item page will NOT be what you 'll probably end up paying...FT shows a particularly "good" exchange rate making everything seem somewhat cheaper, Ive NEVER managed to get exactly that yet, be it with Paypal,Visa or any local (FR) bank.....

No big deal however = just a few pennies and the FT prices are still
cheap enough to make it (very) worthwhile compared to what you'd find on the high street/at your local B&M ;)

My rate is 1.5033 meaning that $10 is £6.65. So a very good rate :)

About $13 worth of Nautilus coils (10 of the buggers) and I ordered via express e packet. Copy your tracking number into the 17Track website. Might show on there. SP isn't the fastest to update I believe.

My tracking says ' Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)'.

My next order will be for Kanger Dual Coils. In the UK I pay £10.00 and on FastTech it's £4.21 for 5 authentic coils.

If you pay by PayPal it shows you the exchange rate and at the moment it's good.

My package is still in Quanzhou I think. Might want to check it's actual location.

yes it does..

But by then im already at the paypal site and logged in and ready to go thru with the purchase

When im "shopping around", ie on the FT site, that's when i look at the various prices and THERE they can be misleading as the rate of exchange used is much more favorable than anything you'll ever get IRL.....or at check-out!

Im jus saying its something to keep in mind when youre shopping their website: have to always remember that the price quoted wont actually be the price at checkout...(to me it's a pain)

As for FT and customs ive never had any probs with them though i do order quite often .I try to keep the parcels "reasonnable", for ex not more than two batteries, two atties, maybe 2-3 packs of coils or whatnot...

No one i know here in France has had probs with customs on FT purchases, in the UK either, hope this doesnt mean a change of policy...?
Sue ,your order seems very "normal",I cant imagine having to pay duty on such an order ?Maybe just plain bad luck ?

I get what you mean.
I noticed that yesterday, the price is higher when you add to cart.

I only made a small order to see that they were like. I wanted to know would I have to pay duty on an order for 1 mod box which costs £50+

The original poster was asking about FastTech to the UK.

We don't have 17track.

My package is currently in xiamen still. But it has reached the airport to be sent to GBLALA which is Langley Royal Mail Centre (Heathrow) I believe.

I started this thread as the main Fasttech thread relates to the whole world populace. This is just for the tea drinkers!

And 17Track does work for the UK... ;)

There wasn't an option for 17Track when I chose my delivery.
