I've got the tracking app on my phone but it still says 'Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)'.

Unfortunately your bank rate is different to the currency rate. Plus they might charge you. I get charged 2 percent for every transactiob
I've had a look at my bank statement and I haven't got any bank charges.
I've been a customer on eBay and Amazon for well over 10 years, I regularly order from Chinese sellers and I've never once had to pay any sort of bank charges.
The only time I pay bank charges is when I use my card on holiday in another country.
Bank account. Which is why as all banks get charged by the host country. E.g a fasttech order for 10 dollars makes the bank 2 percent.
That would be why haha. My package has now been sitting in Xiamen processing for 2 days...
