I think it was really just done for a laugh amongst the lads, although it was very near the mark in places even back then.

I'm not homophobic, I have quite a few friends who are gay, but I don't want it shoved down my throat, I would rather they keep it to themselves, and yes I am oldfashioned. TBH there is too much of it on the Tele these days.

Don't forget that to use TC you will need some Ni200 wire and get the coils as close to 0.1 ohm as possible, 29AWG is probably the best to try first

Yeah get ready to build coils with over 10 wraps. Agree with Bob 29ga or 28ga is good. I use 27ga sometimes but it gets harder to get them over 0.1ohm.
Picked up some vape mail from royal mail today. Subtank mini from myepack and some concentrates from chefs.
Also I can confirm the rba section on the Subtank mini comes with the newer insulator.

We at aspire value our consumers, and want to give consumers what they want. There was no intention to give wrong information, and when we did our marketing, we did not think about the "bell-housing" when the Atlantis was marketed as Stainless Steel. The majority of the Atlantis is Stainless Steel, and we over looked the bell housing section. We sincerely apologize if people thought this was misleading.
We want to thank you for supporting Aspire along with giving us your feedback and suggestions. We would like to take this opportunity to further inform you about the product and future changes:
First, the brass we use has CE and RoHS certifications, which is environmentally friendly material, and safe for human use in this application. The nickel plating is also safe and further insulates the brass, which helps preserve taste.
Second, the machining process of the chimney and bell housing is very complex, machining is time consuming in stainless steel and the cost is very expensive. By using brass, the machining is better, and more exact when it comes to high volume production.

Aspire will not be raising the pricing of the Atlantis due to the all Stainless Steel construction, but production time may be increased due to machining time of Stainless Steel.

I got a flavouring by Flavour Art from them yesterday: Lemon Sicily - I wanted to make two none-Chefs lemon ones taste better. First one I tried wasn't enough improved (Highbrow Limoncello), so I'll try it with another soon: The MBV Lemon Bar, which is nice but not 'lemony' enough for me - and I'll be surprised if it doesn't work with that one ..think it'll be perfect.
I did, mostly out of curiosity, add two drops to a 1.8ml tank of LCCC, and the extra lemon taste is really nice!
It's a very good lemon flavouring - no acid edge to it and a good clean lemon taste.
Just been doing some battery drain checking and the Atlantis should be okay on the iStick 30 upto about 29w maximum (personally I would reduce that by 2w to 27w) any regulated mod should never be run at full wattage, you always need some headroom for safety sake.
The only other clearo would be the Nautilus Mini but max on those is about 20w - your only other option is to go for a rebuildable.
May be classed 'off topic' but none of us would be happily chatting here and ordering our new 'wonders' without a computer of some sort!

I got my current computer in 2011 - because I'm self employed and need a computer for a number of work related heavy load programmes, I wanted a real work-horse with all mod-cons and able to cope in as bomb proof a way as possible.
I had to have Windows 7 Pro unless I paid extra for the company to get a copy of XP, so agreed to 7. It's a great O/S and I'll be very sad when I have to lose it.
Only last week, I contacted my computer company about my future needs and asked if I should have them hold a new copy of W7 to install when I do need a new one - the answer was no, because in no time, Microsoft will discontinue support for W7, and we'll be vulnerable yet again.
He did say that already they are testing and learning the new W10 O/S, and find that while more or less OK, there's areas that do need considerable tweaking and ironing out. It's apparently everything that Windows 8 should have been. So I'm not too sure what to make of that!
So, I'm hoping that my current computer keeps going long enough for the new O/S to be totally 'good for use' - and that 'll mean a lot of guinea pigs will be finding the quirks and foibles as thousands try to use it for everything they want to do, (just as they did with W8) ..which as we know, is a very diverse selection of applications in modern computing.
Thankfully, my computer suppliers have excellent after-sales, and helped me any time I was stuck when getting my head around W7 after years of using XP!
With luck, my W7 will work well until a good 6 months after W10 has been out in the wild!
I wish there was a way for those of us who would like to keep an older O/S that we're happy with, but the great 'god of computing' that are MS, will not allow their customers to have what they want, even if it means continued support on just one or two previous O/S's for an extra year or two.
I have what I assume must be a form of W8 on my phone, and would hate that on my computer - it may work very nicely on phones and tablets, but for those of us still using a desktop, I don't much care for it.
I have v8 on the lappy, which I don't use much - prefer the v7 on my desktop - but I don't think 10 is going to be much better for those of us that like the look and feel of v7, I hate the windows they are a throwback to Win 3.1 or if you've seen Linux - very similar, I prefer the glossy finish and Aero see through borders on my applications, and having a proper desktop (yes I know you can now have something similar, but it's not the same).
I will probably get the free upgrade to try it and probably end up reinstalling 7
Well I only have 3 blue ones, an old Sigelei, hardly used, a Gizmo 17 and the iStick, when I got the SXK SX300 the other day I wanted the Blue but they didn't have it in stock so went with the Red one (which turned out to be Bronze

Don't know about the GS16, but the only MOW I have running is on an iStick at 10w - anything higher and it tastes burnt to me but that's with a 70/30 Strix liquid, might go higher with 50/50 or higher VG, this one is nearly finished so will give the other one a go with some Kingslayer in it, and let you know.
EDIT: Some coil heads have the wattage range printed on them
Thanks again I've got a Nautilus Mini thought it was ok,but kept get burnt hits at 8 watts.Just changed the coil and wow brill taste and vapor.Must have been a dud coil in there when I bought it
