Well, if you are not purchasing batteries shipment should not be an issue.
Just had my order, typical 3 days or so sitting then Bam! in and out of SF and on the way to me. Estimating 8 days which has been typical for my region.

And yes. I purchased batteries. Great

Makes me wonder how are vendors in the US and other countries gonna get their stock - i know not all of them buy from FT - but it all does come from China - maybe by sea - wow - wonder how long that would take.....lol
LOL!! I LUV it! Actually a WHOLE Lot of Freight does cross the pacific by barge! Depending on the time of year- about 5-10 days from HKG to LAX.(or Long Beach) (slows down in september). Oh and once you hit the outer continental shelf (US)...?? what's the prob?

I ordered from Fasttech, a mod, 6 batteries, a charger and two tanks, and it took about 10 days. I think their prices are so good, just don't order the vitals from them, just the toys (although, if you're like me, the toys become vital the longer I wait for them.)
Edit: I almost forgot! I did have an issue though. I ordered two Puritanks, and each came with 2 coils. One set of coils had a different gasket on the bottom pin, and for some reason there is NO draw on those two coils. The other package had 2 perfectly good coils. I ended up ordered some EVOD replacements which work like a charm.
Has anyone had experience with returning or exchanging from fasttech? I filed a ticket with them to start the process but it's been two days with no response...

Really? This has your name all over it.

Even though I love my provari and ain't even thinking about another apv this on the other hand sounds fun, next mod is a mech and haven't made my choice on that 1 yet as I still need 2 more provari's for backups before I get mechs for the pure fun of it.

Yes I ordered a ego-c twist for another backup for my wife but have heard if the ego is off it is no problem to ship by usps regulations but who knows since it is in hong kong customs not us customs.

I guess I will continue to wait patienty. But it is so hard to do sometimes. I ordered drip tips, a off brand spinner battery (just because liked the color..HaHa) and a lanyard. I have been waiting for MBV to send me juice for over a month because when I ordered it it was in stock but was put on backorder after they shipped my other juices.

I'm on day 10 of "Hong Kong Limbo" with Fasttech. I went over to there forum and got some interesting info on reasons why. As the "Mod" said, some of the employees/supervisors are somewhat "carefree" about doing there job, other problems may be that the packages are opened for inspection and thus delay the process. Funny(not so) is that my batteries, tanks, coils etc. already arrived while I'm still waiting for my new stainless steel Vamo V3 and charger!!!

im on 13 day of hongkong, dont think ill ever see it lol. Hate buying from them, damn there great prices

Slowtech just few bucks cheaper now, they baited most of you at the begging with damping prices, then raised them up.
How come paypal letting them processing payments for Nic-ejuice?
I'll spent my money with in 48 states, need to support economy.

Its not Fasttechs fault that shipping takes awhile. Blame the USPS, Hongkong Post and customs officials in both countries. You think the US retailers get any quicker service when ordering overseas? Nope. They go through the procedures and the same wait time too.
You are just paying them to be the middle man and then paying for the shipping for them to get it to you too.

I've just created a thread about the enforced security measures that have been holding up your stuff in HK. Delays in HK are affecting everything being shipped by air from everybody. Not just FT.

I think we need to watch how the situation develops and be very patient. FT can't do anything about it, but will keep us informed over at the FT customer forums.

I placed 1 order on Aug 31, for 2 items, an ego starter kit and package of 10 CE4's ($38) for a bud and paid via my paypal account...tracking shows it was shipped on Sept 3, and accepted by Hong Kong Post on Sept 4 ....but hasn't moved since then and remains now in Hong Kong and customs I presume due to China air mail restrictions regarding lithium batteries and eliquids regulations since 2009 that they finally have decided to possibly enforce now...so I think we may all be in for a long wait or hopefully they ship by boat,,I'm in no rush but want either these starter kits eventually or a paypal refund now or soon...guess I'll just have to be patient and see what breaks at Hong Kong customs...unfortunately I paid for these for a bud who had no CC or paypal and not sure if I should eat this $38 or if he should, if I never get a refund or he never receives these items...not sure whats the fair thing to do since he asked and I was doing him a favor, and if he never receives this..

In case U don't know... http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...nt-security-measures-hong-kong-singapore.html

1. Packages with primarily e-liquid and/or batteries in them are now more likely to get caught and get returned to us. We'll refund in those cases.

2. Again, until this loosens, there is a higher chance for packages consisting of only e-liquid and/or batteries to be returned to us by shipping carriers. When they are returned, we will fully refund customers and cancel their affected orders.

Now I'm wondering if a starter kit package (2 1300a VV batteries, AC charger, USB charger, 2 CE5's, tip bottle and carrying case) and a pacage of 10 CE4's is considered PRIMARILY or ONLY batteries...all on 1 order....

and BTW, this will affect NOT only Fasttech, but all Chinese vendors and shipping via air mail.. and also impact every brick and mortar USA shop and every USA website selling batteries or buying some liquid components from China to make their own for resale..

Whether or not its "primarily" anything is up to HKP or USPS they are the ones causing the kerfuffle. The upside is it appears the shipments are being returned to sender and not confiscated. Theres a thread in FastTech forums where they've said that anything returned will be refunded. You'll get a refund as soon as its determined it was returned and then theres also a chance it might get sent. Either way it looks like its going to be even slower than before with the increased scrutiny.

mine has been sitting in hongkong since the forth. I all I ordered was the sentinel m16 and a igo L. Would that get sent back? surprisingly my batteries had no issues getting here. Did I just waste $23?

They aren't liquid or batteries so why would they be sent back? Probably the reason its sitting is the increased scrutiny on each and every package and its buried under a continuously growing mountain of packages right along with my package that has nothing but a bunch of clearos in it.
