If you order from China. .. doesn't really matter which company.. plan for delivery to take 2 to 6 weeks.... plan for tracking to be days behind reality..... item may deliver before track shows leaving China.
1) Time in transit = True for most.. but not all.

Out of the 25 orders I've done on Ali so far, all except TWO have been rather slow, usually taking everything from 15-35 days, with a strong tendency to 25 on average.

However, there was ONE order that took 8 days from start to finish - just like the seller (smok Directstore) said it would ("6-12 days")
Proof: ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK

...and another one that came as a pleasant surprise from OBS Directstore.
Track and Trace package No LZ740588938CN / Postal Ninja

2) The tracking within China is usually up to date. The flow of information then stops as soon as the cheaper services have handed over their goods to the airline, because they didn't pay for successive carriers to update that information bit by bit.

fast tech has been reliable for me, but the shipping time can vary from 8 days to 3 weeks. If it's in stock somewhere at a vendor in the U.S. I'll order it if the price is right. Ground ship is sometimes much lower and I get the items in a week most of the time. Location has a lot to do with it. I can order from New York and it gets to Georgia in a week or less. From California it can be unpredictable. I've had USPS get things here in a 2-3 days. Some orders have apparently been ground shipped VIA route 66 in a slow truck!

WE are spoiled here in the US. LOL We have vendors who ship the same day as ordered so people have gotten used to that kind of treatment. They forget that China is half a world away.

:)

That's true. I've waited for U.S. vendors way too long. I've had West Coast vendors take 10 days to get the product to the East Coast. You never know if it's shipping or the vendor order fulfillment process at fault or the product sitting in some trucking terminal waiting for the right truck to go to the right destination.

Record for me from fasttech was e-packet that arrived 6 days after they shipped it. Only one time.

It comes 8-10 days if it enters the US on the west coast, the local customs department. But some end up taking the long route to NY customs then back across the US.

Sometimes per tacking they also sit in customs for several days

I am still waiting for a package from FT that got on the plane on OCT 1. Has not yet hit SF. Maybe it has taken the island route and is sight seeing? Dunno. Usually the wait isn't with the flight, it is with the customs wherever it enters the country. Oh well, I guess it will arrive at some point.

I've only place one order through slowtech. It was to test the site and I couldn't beat the price. I ordered a pico squeeze (no longer works) and a wasp nano rda. Each of them was about 5 or so dollars cheaper than the US based vendors I looked at, and I got free shipping. I decided I could wait. It took roughly 30 days and it arrived here on the east coast before it left China according to the fastech tracking system.

Overall I would probably order again if the price is good enough to warrant a wait and it isn't something I need now or in the next week.

Mine was shipped Sept. 18 and still waiting. It's nothing I really need right now so I can wait, and wait, and wait.
I would put in a ticket on the FT site and ask them to check for you. When you track it where is the package last shown to be? If still in China they will call for you to check if you copy and paste the actual tracking into the ticket. Once, I had a package that showed that every day it was put on a plane. After waiting because FT asked me to be patient, I finally copied and pasted to show that something was very wrong. Within 2 days after she called, it was located and actually put on a plane. Only thing I can figure is it was stuck in the machine that kept updating tracking? lol

Those of you that have ordered from this company, how long did it finally take to get to you? I realize coming from overseas will take a lot longer but it's been 3 weeks so far and I'm kind of wondering how long I might have to wait. I'm in Minnesota.

Last order I made was the fastest I ever received an item 12 days total. Usually it's 25 to 30 days and updates are slow. Usually it doesn't update right until it clears ICS USPS then pretty quick. I have had items sit in Chicago for a month.

Track17 works really well for seeing where the item is but like anything else, only as good as the people or machine scanning. Like has been mentioned, you could ask FT to check things out but remember they just had a holiday and such.

I order all the time in fasttech, the fastest I've had was about 7 days, the slowest is 4-6 weeks. Most times it's a slow delivery. Waiting for some squonk panels from FT atm, should be here in a couple of weeks.

If you need something fast to deliver look else where. But if you're like me who got all the time in the world to wait, it can be good as some of their prices are cheap especially if you use discount codes.

Many users here use fasttech. There's even a dedicate thread for it. That's how popular it is.

But you're not getting China prices. :)

The vendors order from China, have an inventory, and can ship it out to you, but it will cost more. Nobody that I know of is selling coils or hardware at the price THEY got from China.

I've ordered from fasttech many times since 2012, never had one problem, except that it did take a while. Waiting to see how the postal treaty stuff with china is going to happen, because that is going to raise the prices of everything made in China and shipped from China and will be passed on to us of course, both when ordering directly or from U.S vendor who has to pay the higher shipping prices. (The US has announced plans to withdraw from a 144-year-old postal treaty, which the White House says lets China ship goods at unfairly low prices....)

Yes, so have I. Saw the postal treaty stuff earlier. I guess we should consider now the 'good ole days' cause when this takes effect(or maybe sooner) what we can buy and do buy will change. We may wait to make bigger orders or maybe just feel we can do without. Like you said, wait and see.

Have made numerous purchases from Fastech, and all of my orders from years back to present have arrived anywhere between 2-3 weeks to NYC. You should check their site regularly though since some items are delayed and some in back order. Check online vape stores for the items you seek since many domestic retailers have very competitive prices and gets to you much faster.

OP did you ever get your order? I have one that says it shipped early October and evidently is still in China. 1 tracking update in ummm say 15 days. I too am in MN but on the other end of the state! Might take a millennia longer to reach me ha ha ha

Please read my previous response. We must have posted about the same time.
