I've a had a .8 30g dual coil in my Goblin Mini for what seems like forever now and finally decided it's time to change it out. What's a good build I should try? I own quite a few different sizes of kanthal and will be running it on a single battery mechanical mod.

I used 26g in mine can't remember the build exactly but gives a great 60w vape

Can I jump in and ask you guys how you rate the Goblin Mini? I'm getting set to buy my first couple of RTA's and I have that one on my list. The others are the Aromamizer, Billow V2 Nano and Avocado. Any advice would be a massive help. I'm stuck between these four.

It is a great RTA with good vape production and flavor.
The only draw backs in My opinion is a very small build deck and bottom fill screw.

From your list I would recommend the aromamiser by a large large distance it's a true rdta
The others have tiny decks for micro coils the aromamiser offers a generous velocity deck one of my favourite to date by a mile

This seems to be the advice I'm getting actually. I thought it was probably the safest bet but I preferred the aesthetics of the others a little more. Since I'm brand new to rebuilding I think I'll do myself a favour and grab the Aromamizer. Once I get a few couple of builds under my belt I can look around again. Thanks.
Like what was stated above, for its size it is the best RTA out there. The vapor is great, the flavor is amazing, but the build deck is small and the fill screw is a terrible design. I haven't put it down since I got it though!
If you can wait the updated aromamiser supreme is due out along with the Apache and the Gemini some reel good rtas coming so maybe wait a week or two check them out I want all 3 including the 25mm griffin
I wonder if the Aromamizer will drop the rubber AFC? It's a small thing but it was one of my niggles with that RTA. I'll look up the other two you mentioned. Always on the look out for new vape gear. I really like the smaller tanks which is why I liked the Goblin Mini so much. I'll be getting the 3ml Aromamizer unless the updated version offers a small tank? I'll have to look it up.

That goblin is a real challenge to build on, I wouldn't recommend to a novice builder. But it is not impossible to work with. I hear the V2 Goblin has a bit larger deck.

For Me the build is duel twisted 28g on a 2mm mandrel. around 6 wraps. IIRC and comes in at .5 ohm.
It is tight in the deck, works for Me. I don't rebuild it often and only use the tank for going out to public places and stealth vape.

If I recall correctly, the best vape I got from my GM on a mech was dual 28g twisted, 5/4 wrap, 3/32 ID (2.38mm), which came out ~0.3 ohms.
I don't mind the hijacking at all! I was actually wondering about some of the other things that were mentioned. I appreciate all of the replies! I'll have to try the twisted 28g builds. I usually just stick with standard single or dual coils depending on the atomizer because that's what worked for me when it came time to quit smoking. It might be time to try out some fancier builds now.
