Hardware vendor: Hard to pin down, but right now I'm really happy with http://stormysvaporcellar.com (That'd be Stormy's Vapor Cellar) for going above and beyond to help me with a problem I was having with an RBA.
Juice Vendor: Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids. Is customer service good? Hell, I don't know. Never needed it. But the juice is really, really good.
