Who's your favorite vendor and why?

madvapes has been getting about half my vaping dollars, which is far and away more than any other vendor. Price, selection and customer service. In fact I placed another order w/them yesterday for a Vmax and a bunch of other stuff!

I can't name just one (but I guess i'd really have to agree with MickyRat - madvapes has it all and I keep going back - several of us pool our money for larger orders these days so my personal account hasn't been used in a long time... madvapes has been very good to me and they always have a huge inventory of all kinds of stuff).

The vast majority of vaping vendors I've done business with have spoiled me with good customer service, quality products, and fast shipping. There are one or two popular vendors I won't do business with because they didn't treat me well... but generally speaking, they've all spoiled me. ------ Vendors I deal with professionally have much lower standards for customer service and shipping. It is not uncommon for me to wait weeks or even months for parts and supplies I need to do business and also not uncommon for me to be brushed off or given the run-around when I've received the wrong product or something damaged etc. In my experience, that sort of thing is very rare with e-cig vendors.

I do have a least favorite at this point though, but it wouldn't be nice for me to say who.

I just watched the owner of Vapors Choice work with a thread regular/customer with potential VG/PG allergy concerns, and his level of caring and support and his willingness to help this person out with some VG and PG to help sort it out really stands out in my book.

Placed an order with Discount Vapers for some CE3s and had a question about another product with regards to the CE3. Got a straight up honest answer from the vendor. Cheers for that one.

I SECOND THIS. One time I had a problem with my order when I received it from them, and when I contacted them, they had already realized their mistake (before I even got my package) and had already sent out another package with the correct items... WITH some "we're sorry" extra goodies. I got the new package only a day or two later. I was Amazed to say the least...

Edit: Btw, I want to point out that's the only mistake they ever made and I've ordered from them plenty. I don't want anyone thinking they screw up orders. ... besides, they made it right before I even knew it was wrong! lol

All the vendors have been excellent to me. Aromaejuice what above and beyond on a CC screw up. ECblends has really nice receipts.Shows they care. AVE and GotVapes are quick. HHV had a nice thank you and awesome juice. Wow guess I have been really lucky. ECO is a great forum...

I have to say VaporBeast is amazing. They have gone out of their way to be helpful with my many questions. Customer service is above and beyond. You always seem to get some little freebie with your order. That in itself is quite amazing and free shipping on everything. They are an awesome company to do business with.

My favorite right now would have to be electronic stix. They are local and close. Decent prices and always helpful. The only thing I can complain about them is the long line. But hey those are other people getting help to stay off stinkies so I can't really complain. Plus they are quite knowledgeable and amazing customer service. I'm just barely getting into online orders. But so far ave is amazing

My Favorite vendor is Good Prophets. Without a doubt somone who is here to further the vaping community and who has stood behind me as a customer for well over a year and a half. I have dealt with many, many other vendors and have never been treated as well by any of them. As long as I need vape gear or supplies they will get my business.

Electronicstix is 5 minutes from my house, so why should I pay freight and wait 3-5 days.

I really don't see a whole lot of difference between vendors, as they are mostly all very good.

Some seem to have a better handle on which products to stock, but that makes them smart, it doesn't make me like them.
If they don't have the products I want, I just go elsewhere, but it's not like I don't like them.

So to answer this question, my favorite vendor is Mrs T's Bakery.
Because she uses real popcorn to package her items, and throws in a few pieces of candy.

I don't eat the candy, and the popcorn is stale, but I don't care because I just think it's really neat.

I feed the popcorn to the birds, and my kids steal the candy! LOL

Avidvapers.com they have my favorite atties, their shipping is superquick, customer service is top notch, and well because they have my favorite atties!

Cignot -- because they sell genuine joye products, and send my order out THE SAME DAY, EVERY SINGLE TIME...that's dang important when you need a battery or power cord. and if i send them an email, they actually respond to it...within the same *hour*...now that's insanely good customer service.

I use Discountvapers more than any other. While Eric does not carry the volume of stuff that say Madvapes carries, his prices and service is second to none. I've used many vendors and I buy 90% of my juice from ECBlends, but for hardware and juice delivery - DV is my go to place...
