the one thing that does bother me about this is they are referring to the e-cig as a tobacco product, even though there's no tobacco in them at all.

If it's anything other than a tobacco product, it would fall under the FDA's regime. So it's a tobacco product...;)
Personally, I've always thought PV's should be marketed as Flavor Vaporizers.

Pamela and I are working hard to make sure we are fully in copliance with fda. hence the osha inspections. hence the spectro analysis, hence the quality production system we have.
We have always fully expected this.
The day and age of making juices in your house, or garage, or whatever are soon to be over. We are way ahead of that curve.
Thanks to all who have fully supported our endeavours to be in full compliance long before it comes... :)

+100 for you and Pamela. I believe you are on the right track and trying to stay ahead of the game. I have been in Quality Assurance for the past 15 years.......Let me know if you need a Quality Manager...........LoL......... Maybe down the road you should look at ISO certification just for verification of your process.

I wouldn't get to excited. It is not going to get better for us who vape or any of the suppliers of flavored juice. Unless your company name has Njoy in it.

It goes much further actually. It sets a precedent and provides case law for any future proceedings like this. One of the first things a court asks is what precedents and case law there is regarding the matter before them. It also means that it would likely take an act of congress to ban e cigarettes. This is great news.

Now we know there will be upcoming taxation since the FDA lost and will be whining to congress to impose a sin tax on stuff. I would think that they could only increase taxes upon the bulk liquid nicotine since thats the only part that is tobacco derived. But could they also tax the hardware or the spare parts other than the kits? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
