Last time I checked the fda is after juice with nicotine.

They are flat out misrepresenting the product by using misleading labeling and wording. It is not mayo.

Your protank is a nicotine delivery device, no different then a pipe filled with tobacco. Since 90% if not more of our nicotine is in fact tobacco based, it is fair to label the devices as delivery systems.

Everyone seems to be missing the couple of positive stories lately about officials finally starting to defend vaping, june has come and gone yet the mountains of evidence keeps delaying the supposed bans until they analyze the data.

I hope the company gets burned, while I appreciate a healthier alternative to some products I cant stand false or misleading claims, shamwow anyone?

Defies logic, doesn't it? Especially when a q-tip (state wannabe law) becomes a tobacco product.

Easy to miss that stuff when California is trying to label non nic juice a tobacco product right now, among other things.

Ya know what, you can make your own mayo. You can even make extra heavy mayo. I used to be able to find it in the stores on occasion, but no more, because these skulking reptiles have been able to remove it. Well, I have the means to make my own, and now, having read this, I'm going to set about doing that, and make up a gallon of EXTRA HEAVY MAYO!!!!!

You know it's all to funny.
Considering 'mayo' as in the commercial term, is little more than who knows what type of frothed up oil to begin with.

So ticking off the supplier is strictly the responsibility of the bureaucrat at this point, get lobbying or find a new job see.

Someone is selling vegan mayonnaise. The FDA says they can't call it mayonnaise because it doesn't contain eggs.

But they will still classify my Protank and bottle of flavored VG as tobacco products.

FDA Wages War on Vegan Mayo

Do they get nicotine we use from potatoes, or eggplant? I thought it came from tobacco!
