Hi Vapers it was called to our attention by our Esteemed Scientific Director of CASAA.ORG that a tweet to the FDA by Tuesday Dec. 11, 2013 would be important and possible crucial to our having any say in the FDA's TCP ongoings and then roll the drums The FDA Deeming Regulations for Electronic Cigarettes............... Carl Smith who also has a couple of blogs, the one that pertains to this thread is here:

I spoke to him, Carl Smith on FB briefly and he liked the idea and commented himself on making this VIRAL and to the best of our Paul Revere ways get it done. Here is the deal. He stresses that we not all tweet on other than this ONE REQUEST AND WORDING IS PRECISE, it would dilute and confuse instead of make the point so here it is in a quote bubble love ECF for all these helping tools.

You're not the only one getting a crash course in Twitter lately

To answer the question, the @FDATobacco part gives the tweet an "address" to go to. #AskDirectorZeller is like the subject. Basically that's how I think of it. Anyone who follows you or searches the #AskDirectorZeller hashtag will see it.
