After 4 years of being a dual smoker/vaper I finally woke up one morning and didn't have a desire for a cigarette. It's been 3 weeks now without a cigarette. I've been smoking since 1977 and the longest I went without a cigarette until now was 6 days and that was because of a drug overdose that landed me in the hospital strapped to a hospital bed. I feel great. Thanks!

I cut down from a pack a day to 5 cigs by vaping. Woke up one day (3 weeks ago) and told myself I can do this. Doing great, but did "slip" a few times (and you might too... don't worry, it happens) Now have no interest in cigs at all. Started with 16mg nicotine, now happy with 12mg. A few times when I was very stressed I just remembered what someone here told me... "vape like hell" if you have to. Now trying new flavors (just did tobacco flavor at first) It's so fun and enjoyable. I started smoking in 1978. Make sure you keep your batteries charged and get a backup device/extra coils.
