Had an amazing trip...will post pics of the traveling REO's later.

As we were getting the bags front the airport last night the alarm went off on the house so we spent the next hour on the phone with the alarm company and the police. They secured the house until we could drive home today. The police and investigators just left. We know exactly who it was because of what was taken and he had been in the house earlier in the day. This was his weekend for his 4 hours supervised visitation so on Sunday my daughter meet him here so he could see the grandbaby she has said that he had made comments about the REO's earlier in the day when he cam in from the patio. The smug little ____ is my daughters ex. He was in one door and out another in less than one minute from all the door logs and the video cameras did not even have time to activate and catch any movement. There were partial prints and his boot prints in the dirt out back where he had to jump over the fence because I had locked the gates. Unfortunately it is unlikely that anything will ever be recovered.

I lost 4 of my favorite pistols including my S&W 500mag and 2 REO's. I lost my green SL with a polished aluminum door and a Nuppin and I lost my blue SL with brass door and brass nuppin. I am just sick over it all. Not a good way to end a incredible vacation.


Not looking for sympathy just needed to vent. I hope everyone is doing well.

Looks like heaven on earth! My wife would want to go there no doubt! Always wants to vacation at a beach. I don't like the sun though haha. I would sit at the bar in the shade. Gona have to remember that name chocolate monkey.

Both REO's were recovered in his possession. He went to the vape shop this morning first thing and tried to sell them. Good thing I call them yesterday afternoon and told them they had been stolen from my house. The lady that own's the place knows both Angela and I and she know's that we have the only REO's in town she just went to the back and called the police and fiddled with them until the police arrived. Just got back from picking them up. The are in the ultrasonic cleaner now. The Officer has him in custody and told me they will now be able to search his house and car.

By the way...I did pray for him last night. I prayed that he would be struck by Lightening in the forehead since we had thunderstorms here yesterday.

By the way...I did pray for him last night. I prayed that he would be struck by Lightening in the forehead since we had thunderstorms here yesterday.

Fantastic news about the recovery of your REO's!

I only hope they recovery your guns as well and that he gets the maximum time behind bars for his doings and ruining what looked like a splendid vacation.
Now my next step would be to also file a restraining order against him as well to help prevent him from ever seeing that precious little one again. Sorry, I mean you no disrespect, but this may not have crossed your mind.

Happy to see you got your Reo's back. I do hope they recover the rest of what he took.
Somehow I don't think his vaca is going to be nearly as nice as yours was.
