Count me in! Hopefully, we will actually see some sunshine by then. This has been a disasterous spring so far. My golf clubs are crying to me, and my lawn is starting to look like a tropical rain forest because the grass has been too wet to cut.

We keep a good supply of Deep Woods Off around, especially when we have a party but I'm glad you're coming too. We'll just call you "Skeeterbait"

Update, reminder and bump!
Just about a month away. Got a call from the Son in law yesterday. Looks like he'll only have TWO ten gallon kegs ready for the BBQ but they'll be delicious! One is a Scotch Ale and the other is a Cascadian Hopped Ale (I assume that would be like an IPA) I think I'll smoke me a brisket this weekend just for practice.

well this sounds like such a good time! it is my birthday on the 15th and my bf and I usually travel to some local casino that is a couple hours away on or around my birthday ,but I think this year this sounds like something I would rather do. We are having some issues with our vehicle but, if we get it resolved by then we will be there with our tent.
This sounds like fun! I would love to come, but I make no promises, ESPECIALLY with my limited funds and the price of gas >.< Who knows? I might have a decent paying job and not have to worry about money so much anymore (but would definitely be working my .... off)!
BTW, I am from the Standish area! Anyone here know of it? Other than being the place with the casino......LOL! Honestly, that's about all we got goin for us.
Yeah Psycho, We have a cottage on Hubbard Lake, south of Alpena. We always make a stop for lunch in Standish on the way up there. I'm probably three hours from you.
Then we'll have to get a cake!
