First Impressions

So this is my first impressions of the kr8 kit I got from My Vapor Store. I got the ultimate starter kit which comes with everything you could possibly need to get started. So here's a quick list of what it comes with. And just to get this out of the way I have no affiliation with MVS. So here we go you get.
2x batteries (manual or auto)
1x Pass through
1x PCC
1x wall charger which is the usb charger plugged into a wall adapter not the same one as the PT
1x wall adapter for the PT (which is really what sold me)
5x filled cartomizers
1x filled cartomizers that they chose flavor and strength

Now on with the first impressions I got to say this vendor really gets their stuff out fast and I mean really fast. I ordered everything last Fri. night they had it shipped out Sat. I got it in GA about a hour north of ATL Mon. afternoon. I also order two packs of blank cartos from LiteCigUSA and they got here Mon. to. I was truly astonished cause I didn't upgrade shipping or anything just Priority mail I don't know how you guys did it but good job. So in that aspect their great now back to the kit also great everything I ordered I got and it all works great no problems so far. The only some what negative thing which isn't really now the prefilled cartos don't taste that great or at least they didn't when I first started now that I've vaped on them for a day their not so bad anymore. I think that really just had to do with getting used to it not being a analog. But now I can't hardly put my PT down. And for vapor and TH both are great I don't have any other PV to compare it to but I can tell from the videos I've watched the vapor production isn't as great as a 510 but it's not bad at all, and the TH is really great. Which was the most important thing to me, and I saw from all reviews the kr8 has a better TH than the 510 and thanks misstressnomad for newbie vids they helped a lot. Well that's all I got for now I'll do another review later sometime when I figure out how long the batts are lasting me and I get my juice from vaporstation so I can put them in there and the blank cartos from LiteCig.

Oh one more thing I guess I'm in the club now of stalking the mail man I saw Mon. that it was going to be here that day and all day I was at the door watching just about I'd go sit down for a min then be right back up looking out window. Alright that's really all I got now just Thanks to everyone for all your help and advise oh and let me know how I did on this to I know it was kind of long. Okay Thanks.

I can sympathize with the stalking. The day I know my stuff's coming I check my mailbox at least a dozen times. I can't see my mailbox from my front door, though, so I have to walk out of my house and look into the box. I really feel like my neighbors thought I was crazy or something, going out every 10-15 minutes and looking in my mailbox and swearing... Well, I would think the same of them, anyway.

I ordered the same kit through vapor4life.com and I am very pleased. My passthrough cant be plugged into a wall outlet, which I could see as being beneficial. Just got my kit this morning and I havent had an analog since lunch! Those that know me know that this is quite a feat, as a two pack per day smoker. Vaping is very different in my opinion than smoking...and it's not the easiest thing to not dig the lighter out and the remnants of my pack. I'll get there though! I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and my wife has worked out a deal with me that if I quit smoking, I can buy a brand new 2011 Mustang GT any way I want it.....so I MUST quit!

I still smoke, and dont feel bad if you do..Rome wasn't built in a day.. I am still much better..i breath better, less winded...but occasionally i light up. i'm now a chain esmoker...and I smoke about a pack a week of normal analogs "beats 2 packs a day"

I'm not having much trouble leaving the analogs at home. Brought them to work with me yesterday as it was my first day vaping and didn't take the pack of analogs out of my pocket. Didn't smoke a single one. This morning, left them at home and just brought my eGo and my little pouch of goodies.

I think this vaping thing is gonna work!

Glad you're enjoying your new kr8 kit. We vapers develop almost unnatural attractions to our mailboxes, don't we.

Right there with you! Got my 'stuff' (KR808D-1, ordered separately, not a 'starter kit') around noon on Monday 12/6/10. Inspected things, then hooked 'er up. Using PT at work, home & car. As I started, I thought that working on taste would be an uphill struggle. Now, two days later I'm going 'WOW' this is great! I really like the taste now and the TH is huge. Just takes a bit of getting used to. Oh yea. Now I'm a bit upset at missing out on vaping this long. This is sooo great.

Only had one analog in the last 48 hours. Amazing! And I really have no desire to have any more.
I had initially tried vaping as a money saving measure. Ain't gonna happen any time soon. Many, too many accessories and flavors to get. I can feel more money draining from my wallet, as I'm not about to give up vaping any time soon.

Oh, need help getting the PT out from between my lips!! LOL!!

Hey Klaven911 I quit for my health. I didn't think about asking for anything else. Could you have your wife pm my wife? I'd like a new pickup or something. I guess I wasn't thinking far enough ahead again. Good luck in Afghanistan and thanks for being there for us.

LOL, you know when I was smoking my wife told me if I stopped by the end of the year I could buy my new motorcycle. I stop and now I'm debating on the Triumph Rocket III or a Harley Davidson Road King. Tough decisions us vapors have to make, lol!!!

Hey Retusn, could you have your wife pm my wife too. I'm starting to think I really screwed up by not asking for something if I quit smoking. I hope there isn't anyone else that tells me what they got for quitting!!!!!
Maybe if enough of the wives pm my wife I can still get something.

Klavan911 yeah I'd have to quit to for a new mustang heck I'd quit for a old mustang and thanks for your service over there. I know it can't be easy being over an trying to quit. But I do agree vaping is very different than smoking but I'm actually starting to like vaping more than I do smoking. I opened a pack Mon. before I got my kit and still have like a half a pack or more which is good for usually they'd be gone by now. Well good luck and get home safe.

Bestlion yeah I'm still smoking about 3 a day maybe a little more as I'm trying to stretch out my cartos I got 6 filled with my kit and down to about 2 and half. And I got the 10 blanks sitting on my dresser waiting for my juice to get here which hopefully will be this weekend, and maybe the 24mg will last a little longer. And I've become a chain vaper to I just can't seem to put it down.

Cajun83 I agree for the first time I think I'm actually going to be able to quit for good this time.

hushedpuppy Yeah we do I'll be stalking again this weekend I hope waiting on my juice this time, cool I lived down there when I was a kid and just about everywhere else in GA.

Quaato I thought it would be cheaper to now that I've almost been through 6 cartos in 3 days I'm thinking maybe not but long term it definitely will be specially if you figure how we'll save in medical bills that we shouldn't have now. And if you figure out how to put down the PT let me know cause I can't either I think that's how I burnt through so many cartos so fast.

Hrtbrkr I agree this place is great and has helped a lot already and yeah the vets are awsome.
