Got my HV Fluxomizers on Friday - the day after I ordered them. Kinda magical!

I wasn't immediately impressed because the top coil meant they were still too hot at true high voltage but when I dialed it down and allowed time for the wick to absorb the liquid, all was right with the world.

The wicks really are thicker and so is the tube. I still can't wait for the Stainless HV to arrive...they will be coming in Stainless or Black, right? And, will these ever be wide enough to hold a regular drip tip? GotVapes continues to amaze with the perfection of this fill-free vape vessel so I'm satisfied but ask out of mere curiosity.

Thanks for all you do, GotVapes!!

Two questions I have.

1. Will this Fluxomizer work on my bloog which I guess is a somewhat k808D?

2. I heard a lot of good thing about these FLüXOMIZER's but also heard it is hard to refill them due to the inner tube being hard to get out to refill. Are there any affords being made to make the inner tube and the mouth piece one part? or is this an unrealistic issue that can't be fixed?

PLEASE NOTE: I have not tried your FLüXOMIZER I just heard and saw that there is the mouth piece and a inner tube which causes problems by refilling and of course pressure problems.

On the FLüXomizer CE2-X there isn't so much more of a need to remove that inner fill plug. It has been wicking rather nicely.

All I do is remove the mouthpiece and use the blunt tip syringe needle on our bottle applicator kit, or any syringe will do and inject through one of the fill holes.

First I'll say these are a very unique vape. You won't find anything else like it. The coils are closer to your mouth, so they feel warmer...even at higher resistance values. The draw is very easy...in fact...a fresh CE2 will almost push vape into your mouth without even sucking on it! The coils in these usually last for a long time. Yes, they can be a little more involved in setting up for perfect wicking with your particular liquid, but with the right tools, unless you have bad eyes/light and shakey hands, it's not very hard. Is it worth it? To me...yes....I have many juices that are wonderful through these.

Testament to the Fluxomizer Brand:
You can find similar CE2 products under various brand names. Out of many boxes...I've yet to get a dead one with the Fluxomizer brand on them.

They come with KR808-D1 threads from 2.6 - 2.8ohms resistance, which should work fine with your battery. You can also get them with 510 type threads and use an adapter. Doing this gives you some more choices in the resistance...from 2.4ohms up to 2.8. I have used them all on KR808D-1 batteries with no trouble (the lower resistance ones run a little hotter and might drain the batteries a little faster)

Filling them should not be hard unless you have problems with vision or shakey hands.
I recommend you use a syringe or needle tip bottle with your own blunt tip needle (instead of the little plastic needle that comes with it). To fill you simply pull out the tip-plug, a little nylon ring, insert the syringe into a small filling hole, inject the juice, then reassemble.

Because e-liquids come in a large range of viscocities, do realize that some adjustments might be required for optimal wicking performance. There is an inner ring made of silicon that can be lifted or removed and modded to make adjusments for thicker liquids.

Summary on filling and set-up: Compared to a Vortex or regular cartomizer with a drip tip...they are a little more involved to fill. You'll need some tools to get it done. For most juices they will work ok right out of the box, and for optimal performance with your liquid you might want to make some adjustments to the top seal.

Clear vs Metal
The clear ones are easier to take apart and see what is going on with your liquids, while the metal ones are much more durable. If you are pretty rough on your PV...pockets/purses/drops/dings...go with metal.
If you want to clean them to change flavors alot...go with clear and get replacement tubes, as they will eventually crack, and some juices (with a high PH) will eat that PV type of plastic they use.

If you really want clear, I do recommend picking up a hand-full of BD brand 3ml syringes (Walmart pharmacy usually stocks them and they are very inexpensive). By cutting the ends off these syringes (with a dremmel disk or a good sharp box cutter), you have the perfect size tube replacement if one of your clearomizer sleeves turns cloudy or cracks.

Another option for the CE2 engine is to buy or make a larger tank...
Ready Made ones can be found at these links:

To see how to make your own try doing a search here on the forums and on youtube. 'tank mod' would be good key words to search with.

Are you actually referring to the Vortex?

I've read that Kanger made a few of these months ago for test markets which had the tip/plug in two parts instead of one, and that the inner ring could be difficult to get out.

These VORTEX brand have it all in one easy piece. They are grooved so it's easy to get a grip on it with your fingers. The grooves also feel good on my lips, and the tip is nice and soft on dental work...

You need no extra tools at all to fill a Vortex out of the packge. Just a bottle of juice with a good dropper on it and you're good to go. Do be careful not to drip down the middle air tube...give the freshly filled Vortex a good blow into some tissue before screwing it on a battery...just in case some of your drips went down the center tube by mistake (something many people who fill the middle tube by mistake think is a carto 'leak').

When mine come apart or crack I wash them the put them together using a bit of of instant glue. It works best if you reverse and put the wick assembly through the mouthpiece side. Never had a problem with cracking or coming apart afterwords. Don't know if you can take them apart anymore. Never tried.

any word on the fluxomizers yet and spare tubes?I need one or the other badly.....been forced back to cartos lol

J,
To get you through, you could order a few 3mL syringes and cut those to size for the tube. PA is one of the states where you need a prescription to purchase syringes at any pharmacy; but you should be able to go to any DIY supplier website and order some.

We should have a tracker today or tomorrow on the new shipment...clear tubes coming with it...

I was going to post and ask you if the new shipment was going to come in today. I know you said it "should" be in yesterday or today. Sounds like it's still in the wind. All we are is dust in the wind. Same old song, just a drop of water in an endless sea.....sweet tune.
