I have heard of people complaining of a chemically taste to Halo juice when it is not steeped for a day or two. personally I have vaped all mine upon arrival, and never had an issue... although I love me some steeped torque. mmmm. just open that bottle and use the dropper to inject some O2 in there and close it back, put in my drawer and in one week, oh sweet lawdy lawd!

War is right, clean or replace your o-ring and thoroughly flush the mod with very hot water...even down the reservoir (minus battery, bottle and atty, of course)
I had the same problem with the mini that I bought through the classifieds. It was pretty horrible. I ended up pulling the bottle and battery and running hot water through the catch cup (so that you could see water coming out of the feed tube) for about 10 minutes and it did wonders to improve the taste. I used a can of compressed air to blow out the excess water and I was vaping again within 5 minutes. I haven't run across that foul taste since then.
It was definitely the tubing. I just ran it under hot water and the taste has dissipated a bit. Enough that I can stand it now at least.

The bad taste is completely gone now. I guess there must have been some juice that picked up the bad flavor left in the atty.
