I would love some opinions on why there is such a notable difference in flavor. My "go to" flavor is Smilin Premium 36. I bought the pre filled and love em. So I bought a bottle of the juice to refill. Then I bought some blanks. Then I bought an eGo, so I filled a mega carto. While the pre filled are so good even if I refill, the blanks and mega aren't the best. They're ok but all I taste is a strong cool menthol flavor. The pre fills I taste other flavors. Anybody know why that would be? Different poly? Also wonder if I got a tank, would the flavor taste more like pre fills (and refilled - pre filled) or blanks/megas? Or would I get lucky and the tank would give me the delicious flavor I get in the pre filled with added juice? I would love to not have to drip a hundred times a day but.......

Taste is so subjective Sag, and I know from experience that pre-filled and juice can be all over the map. I thought I would be a strict only pre-fill vaper until I started filling my own. Now I only fill my own cus I know what I like. Just keep trying different things, that's the only way you will find your vapin nirvana

SAG, let's address the Mega Cartos first. I want you to sit down Indian style, place your hands on your knees with your palms facing upwards. Now clear your mind and take slow measured breaths. Feel your body transcend into a state of nothingness, as you breath out repeat the following, "Ohhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmssssss....... (deep slow mearsured inhale and........Ohhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmssssss".
It's the difference of the Ohms Ratings and the fact that most juices taste different than their prefill counterpart. Taste can change dramatically by just a couple tenths of an Ohm, let alone almost a full 2 Ohms.
No worries on the tanks, you just need the 3.0 replacement cartos. So after your tank arrives, pull out the stock 1.5 Ohm and replace it. Cool Carts run at 3.1-3.4 Ohms, the Mega you are using runs at 1.5 Ohms, big difference. Some folks like a hot vape, but it does tend to mute out subtle flavors, where a cooler vaper will enhance blended flavors.

Snow, wow, sitting like that really helped up the comprehension of the oohhhhhhmmmmms!!! Ok, so I admittedly tried not paying close attention to all that talk of ohms & mahs. It just didn't seem to pertain to me. I read through those threads but not "needing" the info...... well we can all see where I am now! Dang it!
