I'm hoping the quality is as good as the Infinite version, I canceled my seVen 22 order because the vendor was being shady about the shipping date.....I really need this Stingray to be of good quality and cheer me up.

Shut the front door! .. You canceled the 7-22? I was just watching a review for it and it looks as though China knocked it out of the park on that device, it looked really impressive, I liked it .. and its huge  ...

The most impressive aspect of the Infinite is the machining ... the silkiest threads I ever experienced. And the throw on the switch is like .5mm. So I hope your Stingray from FC rocks ... so you can be cheered up! ;-)

I did put Aqua together. Will have to rebuild it. Strange taste, will try to wash it again. Drip tip  was not just dirty, it was black, need really good wash (so for i first try i did use other drip tip, just in case i didn't clean it good). Took all pics gona post them later.

Atomizer on it's own not bad, but drip tip... really just want check it i all ready spent 2 hr cleaning a drip tip and it doesn't look good to me (5 my favorite mini-tooth brushes dead).Very cloudy, hits hard, not sure about a taste (i think i'm just being mean after fight with drip tip) will try it for longer. I really like it potentially. Love how easy to change air draw. Not sure yet how works juice control.

Thank you to everyone for tips on Aqua.

Second drip tip. Well i only got it in up to o-ring. Diameter of drip tip fits right in, it looks like if take o-ring off its possible to get drip tip in (in case if it's so badly needed). I just put some other drip tip what did fit.

I agree, I really want the seVen 22 and have talked with the manufacturer quite a bit about it. I was part of a pre-order that was getting it for $80 and the vendor was just being totally shady and not answering my questions, I would have received the item but it's the principal...I don't deal with vendors who won't answer emails.

I wonder who is the manufacturer of the focal Stingray, I believe I was one of the first one who ordered so I'm the guinea pig I suppose :)

I will definitely update the thread when I receive it, pictures and thoughts of the device.

No idea what that means, I don't use 17 track for my orders, I use USPS.com tracking system ... When did the Vela ship? Perhaps the tracking# hasn't been scanned into the system yet, it usually takes 2-3 days after its been shipped by the vendor, on rare occasion 1 day after.

I love the way the Aqua looks, that smooth stainless steel body gives me the tingles too, its an attractive device ... the base of the drip tip on the skinnier one does looks bigger in diameter than the other.. Glad you are getting a good vape from it though.

Thanks for the pics Laylel, you rock!

ETA: If you look at end of drip tips, they look wider to the bottom. A smaller drip tip has "omega" shape.

After using Aqua a few hours - really like it. The only cons really - dirty drip tips and rusty air hole (you can see on one of the pictures)

It really is bigger, something like 0.5mm what makes it to tide to fit, very hard to put in, and o-ring is way too big as far as gap for o-ring is bigger as well.
Thank you

So I received the Pulse G Genesis I ordered from Focal a couple days ago. At first glance, it's a very nice design and easy build in terms of genesis style atomizers. I set it up with cable and mesh.

Unfortunately, it had a very serious defect that wasn't apparent until final assembly. Turns out the top cap reducer was machined upside down, so when it was installed after filling, it caused a dead short. My bad for not re-checking the atomizer resistance when fully assembled. I realized immediately that there was a serious problem, so there was not an "event".

I had to dremel off the the lip of the reducer which is suppose to be at the top, but do to mis-machining, was at the bottom. Problem solved. The problem is that the holes for the screws that secure the reducer to the deck were counter sunk on the wrong side.

I like the atomizer, but I would still like to have a replacement reducer. How's their customer service?

Customer service is very good, although I do hope that you took pictures prior to working on the reducer? ... They will usually replace a defective part that has been verified as defective via photo or video ... Send them an email explaining the situation and see what happens. Not sure how they will respond since you've already done some "corrective" work.

I've order 3 things from FC and I paid for the tracking info. I have no clue what delivery system to use. I used whatever option was free shipping with the $1.50 tracking number. I used the "Track Order" link at the top of FC's website. Then entered my Order number and my PP acct email. That is where I got the page that I posted earlier. What shipping should I be using? Any help would be useful for future orders. Thanks

I'm kicking myself, because I did not take a photo of it before I repaired it. I should have known better, because this is exactly how Fasttech operates, who have been very good about replacement parts, but always ask for a photo.

I'll probably not bother to contact them. As it is, the Pulse G is working fantastic, and for $11, it's much nicer than I had hoped. Hands down, the nicest genesis I own, with a top cap reducer for single coil, as well as dual coil/wick capability. Even the bottom of the tank has a nice angle on it to help keep the wick wet as the liquid level drops. Really well thought out and nicely packaged too. Digging the cool shorty drip tip which does have the pulse logo engraved on it....they don't show that in the photos.

If nothing else, I'll post a review of it to warn others of the potential defect.

EDIT: Just went back to check Focal's listing for the Pulse G, and the photos show the atomizer having the same defect. The defect is hard to understand unless you own one of these. This might be the model that Fasttech stopped selling.....

For unknown i do use 17track[Together Tracking], International Registered/Parcel/EMS/Express Tracking System to truck
But from exp, FC uses Honk Kong and Singapore mail services. You can see last letters on trucking number what show you a origin country

I think you should contact them anyway, a specially if there's pics shows same problem what your item has. You never know, you may pick up some bonus :)

Okay, I placed an order a few days ago and it changed status yesterday to "collecting products now". Today it is still at that status. Does it usually stay there for a few days? I'm just curious since I've not ordered from this company before. Trying to get a feel for when it may be shipping. I know I'll still have a bit of a wait since it's coming from China.
