It does happen with anything. The way they fixed the issue right away means I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I wondered about her working through the holiday. I hope they do realize what a great "face" she is for them. We should petition them to give her a raise!

I will leave the dog up there. He looks to me like he knows he got caught being naughty. The name is not up to me, I don't want to get in any trouble.

Agreed! Doris deserves a raise!! ... I love that it's a woman running the show over there, atta girl!

Yeah that dog is the bizness, so adorable and cute... has someone bothered you about the name? I will protest!! :p

She did ask me where I heard about their company and I told her I heard it here. I also love that it's a woman, she rocks it!

I wish I could remember what kind of dog it is, I might think about getting one when my kids are grown.

Yes, I was told I have to change it, it violates the rules :(

Well thats blasphemy! You spelled it with two tt's  .. and we are "supposed" to be adults jeez .. Well I hope you can come up with a creative way to say the same thing because the name is so cheeky :D

Speaking of product requests ... I have a LIST  , but I was waiting until Doris has a chance to "normalize" after the Holiday before I hit her up with all the cool stuff I think she should stock. ;-)

I am so new to this that I don't have any requests yet. I need to find some time to learn more about everything first.

Yeah, that is normal ... once you get to know the basics of PV's and atomizer's, and pin down how you like your vape, you will then be able to pick out newer, or better gear to suit your needs .. If you ever have questions, feel free to ask. :)

Thanks. I'm at the point now where I'm vaping because I want to, not because I want to smoke so I feel comfortable experimenting. Before I was too afraid of backsliding so I stuck to what I knew worked. I do want a warm vape and something that I can use quite a bit without the burnt plastic taste. I'm open to any recommendations you would have.

The only clearo style atty I know that does offer a warm vape is the Aspire ET-S bottom dual coil Glassomizer (smaller 2.5ml size) it is a lovely, warm, smooth vape ... when the coil heads are not duds. I fell in love instantly when I first got it, and then I started using the replacements and it was all down hill ... I am not the only one to have this experience. You can rebuild them, but it is not an easy build. Check into it to see if the replacement heads have improved, which is possible since so many complained .. when the coil head is good, its a very good vape.

Other than that, I would say that you have to make your way to rebuildables .. single bottom coil devices are going to have a cooler vape, unless you use builds in the lower ohm range 1.2-1.5 ohms. There is plenty of how to information on this site, and I do suggest a lot of reading and study, including watching instructional videos before you get started. But rebuilding is for the most easy, there is just a lot you need to know first in order to do it safely. :)

I've gone back a few pages in this thread and have found no mention of batteries. Are they getting through these days and are they what is advertised?
Yes.. Focalecig has been supplying all our batteries since November. Good quality 1100maH Ego twists and authentic Panasonic 18650s have been delivered without incident thru Malaysia Post.
We found MalaysiaP to be one of the quicker shippers to Canada, 15 days on average.

I'm intimidated by building my own. I'm not sure why. I will start watching videos. I've been sticking to carto tanks and have better luck with those.

Sooo. Havent been in this thread since the begining. Has Focalecig turned out to be a good place to get stuff from ? Shipping times pretty good ?

Got my Caravela from them a few weeks ago, it looks and performs great. Made an order at Fasttech a few days after ordering the Caravela around the holidays and both arrived within a day of each other, so they are comparable for me when it comes to delivery timeframe. Won't hesitate to order again when the next deal comes down the pike.

Yes they are ... member BuddJohnson posted a few times here, and says that he has successfully ordered batteries from Focalecig... hard to catch every post with so much to read through. :)

They sure have ... I am totally happy with everything I have ordered. So far there have been two members that posted about a problem with their orders however, in both cases Doris was very swift and courteous with resolving the issues. So feel secure about ordering with them ... Epacket/EUB delivery is approx 7-15 days from acceptance to delivery. :)

Battery orders may take longer as I believe they use Swiss and Malaysian post for those orders, and both take a bit of time.
