Yes.. Focalecig has been supplying all our batteries since November. Good quality 1100maH Ego twists and authentic Panasonic 18650s have been delivered without incident thru Malaysia Post.
We found MalaysiaP to be one of the quicker shippers to Canada, 15 days on average.

ahahahaha ... You beat me to it Budd! I didn't realize that you had already answered before I posted that you have ordered batteries with success. Thanks, you're awesome!

Yes they are ... member BuddJohnson posted a few times here, and says that he has successfully ordered batteries from Focalecig... hard to catch every post with so much to read through. :)

Thank you both!

I'm intimidated by building my own. I'm not sure why. I will start watching videos. I've been sticking to carto tanks and have better luck with those.

That is completely understandable ... it's intimidating to all that have not done before. Take your time, you are still new so there is no need to move into rebuildables. Some people are happy to stay with pre-made coils. :)

Fortunately, that supplier still hasn't on holiday, we got this item today and we will ship it before the logistic company close.
Order number is Q*********
Order information below:
Please let me know if there is any other things we could do for you.
Ps. Attachment is the picture taken by myself
Good day!

Well I guess Doris decided to reship the batteries even though I said I would use the ones they sent. Picture she took is of the correct EGO's that were ordered the first time. CS (at least Doris) with Focalecig is very good IMHO. I will say with FT it is a day or two before a reply, with FC it was a couple of hours. Granted they are smaller and it might get worse down the road, but currently they are fast to respond. I have to give my CC a break, and with CNY, I am holding off on ordering right now, but down the road if FC has something I want/need, I will give them another chance, just because of the CS (Doris).

Update on the above post. I received the replacement EGO's today, and they were the correct ones I ordered in the original order. Took 16 days through Malissia post, not bad at all. CS with FC is Very Good, if they make a mistake (which we all do), They Make It Right. I Will use them again in the future.

But I had to buy another mod, but not from FC as they don't carry it.
X.Fir X.Gun VV/VW Wood Mod : Vision Electronic Cigarette, Original Manufacturers
For some reason they the mod upside down in the picture.

Might put a bug in Doris's ear about stuff like this, I'm getting into wood mods ATM. :)

I had been wondering what you might be getting into Burnie, as I know your cc memory doesn't shut off easy  .. Actually, I may have to consider these wood Mods, as I appreciate finely crafted things. And yes, I am gonna put several bugs in Doris's ear, the HCigar Gamma Tank is out, and they need to carry it! I will put your latest find on the list too. :)

I went to the site this morn would like to see some newer arrivals than 1/8.

Yeah, across that is what I hear most consistently, the desire for more variety to their inventory. I know Doris is working on that, although I don't know any specifics as to what will be added. I encourage all to email requests and suggestions. They just re-opened yesterday, so I am hopeful that we will see some new stuff soon.

The thrill of the hunt is most important to me. Since I'm retired I spend all month looking adding to my cart then taking it out to reach my monthly budget. LOL some of us have a boring life. Look out on the first I am raring to buy.

"The thrill of the hunt" OMG so true, lol ... you are not alone my dear. I have stayed up into the wee hours of the morning "hunting" for things that I don't necessarily buy. But like you I like to set up carts, and then when I am ready to buy I go an narrow down to what I can afford to realistically spend.

BTW: Krakens are back in stock.........if I could find a thread about them, maybe I could order and know what kind of builds I could do on them.......mesh just doesn't seem to appeal to me :glare: like my cotton.

You can absolutely run Gennies with cotton NiNi ... the downside ofcourse is that you have to re-wick fairly often, and sometimes trying to get the cotton out will ruin the build because it sticks to the coils. The Kraken is a very unique, but nice vape. The adjustable air flow is awesome, but there is a wide open feel to the draw, even with the air flow only slighly open .. but if you like vapor production, very few devices can put out what the Kraken does without going into the sub ohm arena. I also really like the throat hit I get with it.

I gave up on mesh, I am now using either silica or ekowool in a U wick, the Steam Turbine has a dual coil and because I overtightened the Krakens thread on one of the poles that has a microcoil single, I am going to change the decks over though as they are both identical and the Kraken really does need the dual coil methinks and the ST seems to be ok on a single.

I've got two more KFL types incoming, I swapped my unused steam boy with a friend and now got another one coming, also there is a real one on ebay not attracting too much attention so will be grabbing that if lucky enough.

Be careful with them Kraken screws mind, the threads aren't the best on some of them :(

What has come into its own is the Focale x8 carto tank, I had some triple coil TW black plastic carto's sitting there so drilled a couple feeder holes and after some fiddling about, got it really stoking the fire, thats now my going out tank :)

I've been looking on here but am trying to see if there is a kind of ready reckoner for different wraps of different wire gauges as either I wrap too much and get enormous ohms or wrap too little and two microcoils I was practicing with were unable to creep past the 0.1 mark, I have 32, .2 and ribbon kanthal, its just totally annoying and hoping someone has like ballpark figures for avg ohm gain per wrap?

Have you tried youtube?? .. I only attempted dual coils on the Kraken once, couldn't get both positive leads secured well, so one coil was lagging when fired ... plan to try it again though.

I find it hard to direct someone w/# of wraps because it changes depending what I am building, even as I am always aiming for 1.2-1.5ohms, and usually make it intuitively. Sometimes I used a syringe to wrap, or a round toothpick, but when I use ss mesh I wrap directly onto the wick before I install it.
