It would be fair to at least let them put it right or refund it, they aren't consumers of their own goods I imagine and who is really going to check through 10,000 Nemesis boxes so they sample randomly say 50 to check if they are A+ and that is how the tagnuts get through especially if a supplier slips in a bad batch in the hope the retailer doesn't spot it. The suppliers know that there is a percentage of people who just won't bother to send it back and they don't care about the retailers especially new ones, if it were FT getting a bag of sand with extra cat treats in, there would be a stink, threat of embargo of that supplier, supplier kowtows to FT and gives them better deals and so it goes on.
My (quite unfair) crib with them is I would like to see more exotic stock but of course they have to sell their bread and butter to be able to get to the point of calling the shots with the suppliers like FT does now.

FT have the Squape up there as well lol its causing much debate 
Prometheus, Oddy and SS Caravela up there today, don't know much about the Oddy but the Focale Prommy looks a shinier finish than the FT one, the Cara you get three tubes with so pretty good for a mod.
For me its a choice between Squape or Prometheus and I think I might go for the Prometheus as I like shinies ^^

So true ... When I was in the online retailing business, I had to change suppliers countless times. Many of them start out great, everything is up to snuff, and then one day that same supplier starts sending out crap, which of course puts the vendor at the receiving end of the consumers wrath
As suppliers, vendors, and consumers we all operate by trust. The supplier is trusting the manufacturer, the vendor is trusting the supplier, and the consumer is trusting the vendor ... if anyone of these slips up, it affects all but the vendor and consumer are the most affected.
Focal just put up the Prometheus, Oddy, and a new Nemesis (not sure what the difference is, maybe a magnetic switch?) ... The new Caravela tube mod set looks good from the pics, but surprisingly its 21mm. This however, makes it perfect for FC's Kraken, the steam turbine, and the Bliss RBA's.
I didn't see the Cara was 21mm... oooo I might might have to add that to an order, now I looked at the Prometheus and the Oddy, the oddy is just under 23mm, that would fit on my Sigelei a treat.... argh I will be a pauper before ecigs finishes me off hehehehe

Ahahaha .. obviously we were typing at the same time, I didn't see you already mentioned some of Focal's new arrivals .... Yeah, the Prometheus is looking good! I was comparing it pic for pic with the FT Prommy, and the only difference I can see is what you said, the Focal one looks shinier.
FT has the Squape eh? hmmm ... I like the Squape, and the Squape clones have been reviewing well. Some customers over at FT are already complaining about their Prometheus ... someone received janky catch screws, which are actually wood screws
Also, I can't say for sure, but the tank on the Focal Prometheus looks like pyrex?? I could be wrong, the listing doesn't specify, I am just going my what the pics look like. When FT first released the Prometheus there were a lot of haters calling it crap, and bad copy ... They were ignorant though because all of the aspects of the clone that they were complaining about, are all present on the authentic Prometheus. What is it about FT that attracts so many complaining, crybabies? That forum is like

Waiting for money to clear through then going to go for that and might try the Oddy out, the good thing is that because stuff is still unusual here in the UK, selling unused stuff on ebay isn't a risk especially when some are selling clones for 400-500% markup.

My 2nd order from FC shipped on 2/09 and is in San Francisco today. I picked the free shipping by Malaysia Post and they shipped it via China E-Packet. I picked up a $19.90 Nemesis on group buy for a friend.
Sure hope they continue to use that shipping method for US customers that aren't purchasing batteries or juice.

Tell me about it ... I came across two Ebay sellers last week selling RBA clones for $99 each, DISGUSTING! Of course only a noob would buy this, and the seller technically isn't doing anything wrong, but its kind of despicable!
Yes, I had great shipping times with my last Epacket order from FC ... I will only be using Epacket when, and where possible.
I understand your frustration, anybody would be frustrated waiting that long, but this also happens at FT .. quite often. It is the nature of ordering a high demand item. Go visit the Kayfun 3.1 discussions over at Fasttech forums, and read all the hoopla from ...... customers claiming everything from disappointment, to calling FT frauds (which they are not) because ship dates keep changing, their orders are in "restocking" too long, etc, etc.
Anyone who is not prepared to possibly deal with one of these situations, should not be ordering from overseas. And I am not judging, if I were you I would be a bit annoyed too ... but that is why I have yet to order a Kayfun 3.1 from FT, which I want desperately. I am not going any where near that buy button until the smoke clears, and the dust settles on the 3.1.
FC is also having this problem with the Taifun GT right now ... why? Because once word got out that it was an HCigar everybody and their mother wants one, and FC is having some difficulty keeping up with the current demand, which is not their fault ... it's mine
I have received the most pm's and questions specifically about the Marstech QQ and the HCigar Taifun GT, and now these are the two products stuck in restocking wonderland ... actually the silver QQ's appear to be restocked now.
Yes, you are right, Nikkita. I've had my issues with fast tech, but they were due mostly to HK customs. At least my first purchases from them went without a hitch. In this case, this was my first purchase from Focalecig (bad luck I guess). BTW, I've read somewhere that they sold all the stuff locally at fairs during that spring break, and for that reason they are behind now. Can't vouch for the above but what I do know is merchandise was "in stock" when i hit the pay button. Otherwise I wouldn't had purchased it. Not a very good start for a new company, I'd say...

But yea, TGT from what i know are the high demand items from FC right now. They are still having trouble trying to fulfill those backdated orders.
Apparently when i ordered mine, it was in stock as well on their webstore but if you drop them an email to check, it's actually out. Their TGT got wiped out during that period with many orders from overseas buyers. Perhaps their webstore still requires some fine tuning.
For now, i cant comment on how good the TGT is since i have yet to receive them(Probably soon) but i'm confident to say that their customer service is top notch(especially Doris).
Imagine my 4 TGT was suppose to be shipped out on Tues but Doris forgot to remind the warehouse on that(I totally understand that since they probably have lots of emails and orders to fulfill after the break), her offer of compensation was 2 x Sony VTC4 18650 + shipping to me FOC(I offered to pay for shipping). Most retailers would probably give you a discount on future purchases.

I was over there earlier and it appears that all of the QQ's are stocked and ready to ship within 48hours. So if you didn't get notice of shipping today, fingers crossed, tomorrow you will hear something. 
Do what I did....email them, that's how I found out my KK was out of stock.
I changed the order to an Origin clone. About the same price.
Took under thirty minutes via email to sort it out....now it's shipped.

I ordered a Caravela clone and a Trident clone. After completing payment I was looking at my order and it looks like the Trident has a total of $0.00 and says "Sample: Russia direct"
Does this just mean it's not in stock? On the product page it says 100 in stock $5.69 V12 Rebuildable Electronic Cigarette Dripping Atomizer-Silver(1.8 Ohm)
Does anybody know what this means? It looks like I was only charged for the Caravela?
