Focalecig ... A new Fasttech??

Focal is not all that new. I have purchased from them and their group buy in the past. They have been around for at least 6 months to my knowledge. Probably longer.

I talk to Doris at another forum and she is super good to deal with. If you have questions or concerns, email them. They have excellent customer service from what I have seen.

ETA- Just remember that they are 12 hours ahead of us here in the US so may take some time to respond

Hey guys I have a question about my purchase at Focalecig since I've never ordered here before, I'm not sure what the deal is.

I ordered a Caravela clone and a Trident clone. After completing payment I was looking at my order and it looks like the Trident has a total of $0.00 and says "Sample: Russia direct"

Does this just mean it's not in stock? On the product page it says 100 in stock $5.69 V12 Rebuildable Electronic Cigarette Dripping Atomizer-Silver(1.8 Ohm)

Does anybody know what this means? It looks like I was only charged for the Caravela?

Did you make your purchase using any coupon codes?? I have also seen this on one of my orders before, whatever it "means", it can't be anything adverse because it had no affect on my order, or its shipping.

But for the sake of clarity, follow the suggestion to skype Doris, and then come back and tell us specifically what it means.

well thanks for suggesting to contact Doris via Skype. Not sure what happened but the atty didn't make the list so Doris added it to the order and I just paid the difference.

what that SKU -3333 "Sample: Russia direct" was the EUB shipping thing or whatever. I did use the 10% discount code so no idea if that affected the cart and not ordering the atty. Maybe since the atty is on a promo sale it cant be combined with the 10% discount code.

I read that tracking is through EMS...it has no info on my number. Any ideas?

Tracking usually takes 24-72 hours to be received into "acceptance" .. EUB Epacket via/China Post is part of the EMS system, and you can track your packages the same way that you would HKP, SP, Swiss, and Malaysian Post, by using USPS tracking site.

One thing I would like to see is a wish list. I browse around and find things and then forget what I wanted after a few days because it empties the cart.

Yes ... When I first found the site, I would load up a cart the same way I would at any other vendor site, and when I would return the cart was empty. Wish lists are a great shopping tool, so you don't have to try to relocate every item you are interested in.

That sucks. It's worse when you wait so long for it and then opening the package doesn't lead to the enjoyment you were expecting.

I am still waiting on my rebuild supplies. If I can get that figured out I will decide which one I think will look best of the rebuildable. If I can't, I have no idea. I have 2 ibtanked on the way here but I don't think either of them will look good on it.

I am familiar with IBTanked because they are frequently spoken of, but I don't browse them ever ... RBA's for Crystal Big Nasty: Taifun, Squape, Kayfun ... everything else I can think of are Genesis styles, but I wouldn't recommend those for a new builder.
