Aww NiNi, you absolutely rock! ... I know you have spoken to Doris a bit lately, and I think its safe to say that anyone who has spoken Doris should find it pretty impossible to not like her, and root for her. She is a good person, with a good heart, who genuinely cares about doing right by her customers.
And thanks for offering to post more pics, and stuff

For all of you peeps who are purchasing from Focalecigs, and you have issues with a product, PLEASE give Doris a shout out. Nikki had posted this earlier in this thread that Doris did appreciate any and all comments, issues, complaints, etc., and if it involved "faulty" products, she would do whatever was needed to rectify the situation.
I'm posting this because she also expressed the same to me with the back and forth on my order that was listed under a mispelled email addy. (She also made it clear that there is only one "Doris", LOL, and that's her!)
That being said, we all have someone in our corner at Focalecigs and Doris wants to make sure that customer service is first. I'm sure she sees ECF as a fantastic place to get exposure for their company: doing people right, on this forum, will help their subsidy of Wallbuy grow. I'll also add that she mentioned that she DOES check out this thread from time to time. <---Now that is something you wouldn't expect, because this isn't an "official" thread by a "Forum Supplier". She doesn't have to read this thread, but she does. Nikki can send out a "911" and Doris is on it. You can send an email to Doris about the materials used in producing various toppers or devices and she finds out, usually in less than 6 hours, if not within an hour.
She wants feed back, suggestions for products to put in their line, REVIEWS, etc.
Brennan: Send off those pics of the Trident to Doris. Let her have the opportunity to make it right.
I never thought I would buy clones. I picked up the Tobeco KFL just to see if the high $ tag that Germany wanted was worth it. The Tobeco worked flawlessly, and then I hit the "Official" Kayfun thread on ECF and read all the "issues" peeps were having with the original, and then the revised original. I am so glad I passed on that $100+ "original". Just reading the replies from their customer service and their issues with customs was enough for me to say I'm not going there. With the low prices at Focalecig, I thought WTH, I can afford to check out their KFL's and isn't the Tobeco just a "clone" too?
The Marstech logo'd KFL is a fantastic piece. The only thing I could possibly say to improve it would be beefing up the o-rings on the outside tube sections, but that's more of a "user's" issue, sometimes I just don't tighten them properly.
Thoroughly cleaning any RDA, RBA, tank, etc., should be a no brainer. Doesn't matter where you buy them from, we have no idea what was used in the final rinse before the product was boxed. Alcohol, Dawn, canned air, we know the drill. I can deal with machine oil or a few burrs for the incredibly low price I'm spending on any of these units.
Can Focalecig improve on their shipping time? It is what it is, and so far, it outshines Fastech. For most of us, that's half way around the world, and entirely different custom issues and mail carriers.
ROFL! This isn't a public service announcement or "paid" shill post. Focalecig does seem to be concerned about customer service and satisfaction, more so than some USA vendors.Hey, at one point or another, we have or will have that experience.
Just getting this out of my head.
All that being said, if you have any issues with Focalecig products that we as a group can't fix or troubleshoot among ourselves, take it up with Doris. She has generously offered her assistance and we should freely take her up on it.

Did you email them? ... I think you should. They are reorganizing, changing, reworking their order system, and sometimes things slip through the cracks. Now, I am not saying that this is the case with your order, but I do think that all things considered, it worth checking on. Being that Doris has turned CS duties over to a staff, somethings may get missed during the transition.
its killing me! and i want to place another order since tomorrow is pay day, but i am going back to detroit at the end of march for a couple days and i dont want the stuff to possibly get delivered while i am not home... so ill have to wait till my next paycheck and buy a few new toys. then im 1000% sure it wont get here till after i am back. and i live in a house alone in NC and i dont want someone jacking my vapemail outta my mailbox...
i hadnt yet. i will now though. i was going to wait till tomorrow, but i might as well do it today. cant hurt.

Yep, glass tank in the group buy section. Been watching some vids, Twisted, Rip, and trying to find a Busardo. Went to Vaperev to check out the specs, and I wish Focal would be more specific about the chimney and deck, ie, does it have the similar non-conductive enameling coating on it. It LOOKS like it does in the pics, but there's no pic of the deck and chimney alone..........
The plus on the Squape is you don't loose your juice! You just tip it upside down and then you can fiddle with your coil if you need to! No vacuum loss. Looks like a simple standard "micro coil with cotton"........ok, I really DIG the cotton for wicks! I get those pre-made coil set ups with silica and into the trash they go. The screws for placing the coils have both flat head grooves for a screw driver and "knurled sides" so you can finger tighten if you want (or can't find your screw driver!)
The bottom pin can be adjusted to control the draw.
The chimney is actually attached to the inside top of the tube manually, and then you take the included Allen wrench to snug it up in there.
The juice canals look clean, deep, and you place your wicks on them...again, a very simple build. Check the vid and pics on VapeRev: SQuape
After going to VapeRev, I noticed that the original had the "plastic" and SS tube section, which has now been replaced with glass or a solid SS section. (I like to see my juice though!)
Twisted likes it better then the Kayfun, Rip drilled out his air port cause he likes a real airy draw. And PB? Don't know, still searching....
Ordered 2, the time stamp at Focal has "ordered, collected and shipped" all on the 27th.........like WHOA! But, still have those other 2 KFL orders still collecting/processing, probably have the Squapes before those others make it out of China!
Just ran the SKU #(13164) from my order and it is the Poly, not glass.........bummer! Haven't cracked or "melted any type of tank in the last year plus, so it should be good! SKU 13165 is the glass Squape.

I put a small order in with Focalecig a week ago. Paypal paid it and I have heard nothing from Focalecig. No acknowledgement of the order, no receipt, nothing.
If you didn't create a Focal account, you can find your order by using your email used on Paypal, and take the order number off the Paypal receipt and put the in the Tracking screen that comes up when you click the "Order Track" in the upper right hand corner of the Focal screen.
Nope, I added at the bottom of my post it is, in fact Poly
My ADD kicked in before I got that far....LOL

They don't send emails. Log in with your paypal address to see the status. If you didn't setup an account, just set one up with your PP email and it will show your order and status. Hope that helps.

.. ... I see it this way NiNi, the Original Squape had a poly tank, so if it was good enough for the original, then why not the clone? Tank cracking e liquid is a concern w/poly, but it doesn't affect the overall performance. I am more concerned with the chimney and deck ...
I believe that the Focal and FT Squape clones have anodized aluminum decks, and chimney, which the manufacturer is saying is non conductive ... I hope that is true. Another concern will be, how long will the anodized aluminum coating last? Anodized aluminum is supposed to be very hard, and strong, so I hope it holds up.

the only receipt number I have is the transaction number on my paypal receipt. I put it in the box on the focalecig order tracker and it does nothing.
