Torching has two purposes ... burning off dirt and oils, and stiffening your wire to make it easier to work it, as it has a natural spring to it. I don't use a torch, I use a barbeque lighter, or my stove

I go over the wire once to reduce the spring, then I wrap and install .. and additional torching comes from test firing the coils. I don't think that excessive torching is necessary however, I do burn/torch the wire once prior to wrapping, which I do find makes it easier for the wire to keep its shape once wrapped ... but that's it.

Ok, my poor DIY e-juices. They just great or too hot for me on dripper, but as soon i put them in reg tang (unitanks mostly) they are tasteless and i think they are a bit to thick as far as i'm getting dry hits here/there. I used mostly Capella and LorAnn flavors at 10%. I'm summing tanks muting taste. Should i increase flavor % or just get other tanks (what i already have, just without coil in it) or rebuild unitanks coil.

God, i'm such coward, coil - 8-o

I have at least 3 of these lighters but when looking for a *torch* these NEVER entered my mind.

Guess when it's time to fire up the grill I'll grab the torch instead of BarBeeQuu lighter.

No tank will give you as good a flavour as a dripper. That's just how it is.
There are two ways you can increase flavour :
> increase concentrate %
> increase PG %

I received one of the K101 from the group buy and it is a real nice mod for the $13.90. T3S will not fit on but RGM2 and other ego thread clearos I have here fit it. I'm a little confused as it is on the current 2 day sale but there is no price reduction? Its a shame I would buy 2 more.

No tank will give you as good a flavour as a dripper. That's just how it is.

Great news, i'm still waiting on main. 16 days in mail not that bad, hopefully any day soon. My kayfun will be here in 3 days, can't wait.
And it doesn't show to me K101 on sale. They have some strange stuff on there's web, it still shows item being on sale when it's really not, i did message Doris and those marks was taken off.

I know all the better atomizers are 510 thread but I just hate 510 thread, its so small. I will be glad when 510 is obsolete.

I will not worry about missing a sale. I'm sure you will be happy you did keep your money when new pretty shinny thing comes up.
I miss tons "important" things every day when playing "a bad policeman" with my buggers (kids), but in end i only gain (aha, did plant cucumbers with them, now i'm checking those things 20 times a day, if i'm lucky, mommy look, they did grow... yeaaa look just like 20 min ago).
Sad to hear about your mom, its always hard when people who you love don't do well, hope things become better for her.

I did hours of searching and that was the only place I found that even listed them. From what I understand they have them made special, but they do run out often, get them while they are in stock if you want one. BTW I have nothing to do with them except that I am a customer.

Thats one what i got. Nikkita will tell better about it. I'm pretty sure it's the most reviewed one and ppl like it.

My Aqua arrived today. Overall very happy with it. Only two flaws I can find are there was a spiral metal shaving in two of the juice channels, easily taken care of, and the bigger problem is that the second drip tip (the one I would prefer to use) doesn't fit. The base of it is too big. May try sanding the edge down a bit to see if that does it. Otherwise very happy. Will attempt a build tonight, and get some pics.

Well .. it could be two things .. 1) your eliquid needs to steep. Some flavors require more time to develop. 2) you need to mix at a higher percentage%. For me, most of my flavors are mixed at 20%. I have a couple that I mix at 5-10 because they are strong (coffee, banana, pineapple).

I don't like Capella's flavors anymore, they cheapened the quality of them. Lorann, I only use two of her flavors, lemonade, and butter. I mix Lemonade at 20%, and its usually ready to vape within an hour, very nice true flavor.

So add 5% flavoring to each mix, let it steep at least overnight, and try it again ... the best way to test flavors is with a dripper. Clearo's as a rule mute the flavor at first, and take at least 24 hours for the flavor to develop within the wick. So they are not the best for "taste testing".

Desperation made me think of the barbeque lighter, which is all I had ... I remember when I first started building, I felt so inadequate that I didn't have a proper torch .... shooot, I now know that you DO NOT need a torch to prep your Kanthal, talk about over kill.

Now to color treat some stainless steel, you need a torch for this ... or an oven

That is a really good deal for a Tobeco KFL ... those usually sell for $35-40 here in the states. And it comes with the stainless steel, and clear tank sections too. NiNi has said that her Tobeco KFL work very well ... so if you are thinking about it, I would say go for it, especially at this price.
