Instead of trying to *capture* your wire wrap the wire around the screw just once then tighten the screw.
I think the screws are horrid & I've been doing mine like this for quite a while.
I learned that little trick when one of my post broke on an RBA. Works great & I didn't have to toss it in the trash.

I replaced the screws on my Kraken and Steam Turbines using M2.5's 4mm for the centre post and 8mm for the deck terminals and because I used allen key ones its made life a lot easier.
You should be able to replace the screws from online retailers, I can get most sizes screw wise for pennies off eBay but I always do a little loop around the screw crossing it over to complete the loop so the tightening actually keeps it in place especially necessary as I use twisted coils and I want to be sure both lines are well snagged.

I ordered some screws online and if anyone runs into the same problem I will see if I can send you some, I ordered 12 of them as that was the lowest I could see offered.
I also found out just now that the size of the post screws is M1.6 and the thread length seems to be 3mm.

Pros:
The price was rite! $25.00 or so.
Customer service was very interactive.
Now the product is a perfect 1:1 clone and i am utterly in love with it!
Cons
As i was in contact with Doris (there rep) about other products i noticed my GT was "still being retrieved" after about a week. I asked her about it and she told me it was on back order... at no point did they inform me of this, and the site still said "available". Was told she would have them in a week took two weeks... then shipped.

Thanks for sharing PhatRon ... that is actually very useful information as many of us have no clue what size screws are needed for replacement .. I am lucky, and friend of mine sent me a spare's pack of screws and orings for the Kay, but I don't know the size of them.

... I have the Taifun GT also from FC, and once word got out that Focal had the Hcigar 1:1 clone, it has been on constant back order due to the high demand for it .. I thinks it worth the wait being that it is an exact 1:1 with the original, and of equal quality. The Taifun is my favorite RBA. I have also received the Rainbow Heaven Taifun since then, and while it is made well, and provides the same exact vape, it is not 1:1, and the build quality is not as good in some aspects, namely the threading, and the center tube in the top cap ... the Hcigar threads perfectly smooth, without effort .. the Rainbow Heaven is very easy to miss thread, threads are not as smooth, the the center tube often gets stuck in the chimney when trying to remove the tank section. The deck sleeve is also very stiff, and harder to push down, and pull up ... but the vape is identical.

It is worth the wait by far. I was just very upset about the whole not notifying me it was on back order, or atleast posted on the site, it kinda put me off from doing more business with the them. However i will order another taifun, or three or five. Just to have and give out as gifts!
