I don't use a kick, but the Turtle Ship V2 is kickable ..

Thanks! I prefer the kick while at work. This way I can just toss on whatever topper with a coil running whatever resistance not need to worry. I switch flavors all day long, and therefore toppers as I can't really drip at work.

My picky Brit is at is again! Now I know what I need to do if I ever need to persuade you on anything ... just wave a black mod in your face, and BAM! I got ya!

Yep the black one's are my weakness, was really tempted on the black 'fire of life', but glad I held off, because that Heimdall is bloody gorgeous :D

There is actually more of a reason for liking the black mods too though, I have a metal allergy, if have prolonged contact with metal it brings me out with a rash, I love my brass Chi you mod, but if sit there all evening holding it, next day I have a rash on my hand and wrist, so can only use plain metal mods for limited time.

Yes even my body is picky

I need some help. I seem to have done something to the switch on my black copper stingray clone. First, does Focaleecig sell the switch? If not, which mod aside from the Nemisis, do they sell that plays well with a Kick?
I use a kick at work also. Right now I have a Nemesis and an Astro, both in 18350 kick mode. Even though the Astro is a 23mm device, the flexibility of a telescopic is making it my favorite work mod.

So a few days ago I had a post about issues with battery clearance, auto-firing, and 4nine tolerances. I said I use a V2 Efest 18650 2000mAh battery, and when everything was screwed in there was no throw and the device would auto-fire.

It was suggested that my Efest V2 18650 was 66.3mm long, and that I should go for a Sony VTC4/5, as they are 65mm long.

I tried out a Sony VTC5 18650 flat top in a shop today, as the device should be assembled, and while it did not auto fire, it had maybe 0.2mm of throw, so that setting the device down would cause it to fire. Seeing as this was a flat top, and supposed to be a 65mm battery, what are my options with 650 mode, which I'm guessing would be batteries? The 510 connection on this Igo-M seems like a normal size, it isn't anything extremely long like the KFL+ before I modified the 510 connection.

I suppose I could make a small spacer for the top-cap to atty area to give me about 0.5-1mm for a great throw, without sacrificing any voltage drop or junk in between the current, I was just hoping I could have it function as is. I doubt my atty is a full 1-1.5mm longer than "others" which the device was designed around.

As a follow up question in that regard, do your atty's stick out from the delrin, are flush, or are recessed? Mine sticks out of the insulator by perhaps 0.25mm.

 .. you are contagious, even to your own body  .. Actually I used to date someone who had a metal allergy, and he also used to break out in rashes, although I can't lie, I thought it was psychosomatic  ... Ok, so maybe he wasn't lying :p

You like the Heimdall better than the Fire of Life? Pfft, blashphemy! :p

It fired when standing? How did it do that with a recessed switch? Regardless of battery size, based on construction alone, this mod should not ever fire when you sit it down, the switch sits on a ledge within the interior walls, so it should not even be possible because the length of throw changes internally, not externally ..

I like the Fire of Life, and is in my wish list, so sure I will be getting it, but yes I think The Heimdall is better, I think there will be less voltage drop with it (no painted threads) and just think it looks damn awesome :D

Yeah its on my wish list too, I should eventually have one all black set up right? Argh, I have so many things still to get ... we joke all the time about shopping too much, and how the chase never ends, but my God is it not true? How could I still be so into all the vape gear stuff after three years?

There is no hope for us ... none at all

You got a lot more time on than me, but don't know how many times I have thought, "that's it, I'm happy with what I got, don't need anything else" Then next day something new pops up, oh got to have that

Toothtamer, where ya been darling?? You've been messing up my "enabling game" .. I will ask Doris about getting the Gus Lord, I already put her to the task of getting a true 1:1 female 4nine.

So you like the little present I dropped off at FT? That thread was getting crazy, and so I felt they needed a little distraction. :p

    Ok what you do? :/hmmm

    Mornin' Nicole,

the reason I say the Heron is a "kayfun killer" is mainly due to the flavor. the flavor is better than any other RTA I own. I think it's mainly due to a really small chamber and small diameter chimney. and so easy to fill, takes literally 5 seconds :) NO leaking, gurgling or dry hits, it just works! I've had it for about a week now and, it's what i'm using now for my ADV device... loving the crap out of it! I have 3 GP paps so, I need 2 more Heron's hahaha kidding...

I hope to one day get a Heron but it'll have to be when I come back from a long overdue vaca. I do enjoy my Spheroid though- the Herons little brother.
