Stormy's is a little higher on the pricing but the customer service is excellent.
Okay I'm gonna stop this mid-build and see if you guys can tell me if this is looking good, or if I'm doing something boneheaded. I'm leaving the silicone o-ring off this time. I'm hoping that will get this thing a'flowin'.
If I have to start from scratch again, I'll try a micro coil.
I did use that, thanks. They're pretty quick in processing my order.

Zip,
The wick looks good for length ... Although that coil seems a little sparse ... I can't imagine you would get too much vapor production off of that coil.

I would try wrapping around 10 wraps of 28 or 30g around a 1/16" drill bit (smooth side) .... and make a wick out of cotton. I use the CVS Sterile rolled kind, others use balls... Cotton is one of the fastest wicking mediums out there, you just can't dry burn it. Usually not an issue in a device like the Fogger since it's bottom fed.
I kind of missed my target on this one:

It ended up @ 0.6 ohms with 26 gauge nichrome.
So I re-coiled it with 28 gauge and again missed my target but hit the sweet spot I guess, 1.1 ohms.
Target was 0.9 ohms but the 1.1 is real good for the amount of liquid that can be feed to the coil.

A stainless steel rod approx. 1/16" diameter, I get em touching the best I can. What did you use to wrap your coil? Also do your coils touch?

I don't use the o-ring, no ss wick here, cotton forms to any shape of holeI'm going to use your build here as a template for my attempts today.
Did you have to put that o-ring back on, the one that seems "optional" and sits
over the wicking channels?
