each coil has its own wick.....
tails lay on top of juice channel......
top wick tails are spread on top of bottom wick tails

that's amazing that your not getting any dry or burnt hits.... all 4 coils are getting enough wicking.... I can't even get my 2 coils to each get enough wicking. what vg/pg juice did you use?

This wouldn't happen to come with a metal tank would it?
The Fogger isn't packaged with a steel tank. However they do offer a stainless steel tank and also replacement glass tanks. About $10 for either, harder to find than the atomizer. I've seen them at the frog I believe.

im using rayon and when the chimney goes on i take a thin dental pick and spread the wick away from the juice channels.
to be honest, i dont think i would have tried this with cotton.

We have no idea what your referring to

I think he's referring to having to buy a stainless tank separate.

I completely disagree tho... Clones come with extras 'cause the authentics do. The authentic kayfun comes with both since plastic isn't acceptable for all juices, and they don't wanna limit the sale of a $100+ atty to people that are using "plastic friendly" juices. The fogger is a cheap authentic that will work with any juice. Personally, I prefer the glass since it lets you see your juice level. I'd rather the people that want a different tank have to buy it separate than having to pay more for the atty since it comes with an add-on that I would never use.

Okay... so I finally got the coiling correct on this thing. No more hot spots at all.
Currently using dual 10-wrap nano coil reading @ .8Ohms at trying to vape this thing at 30W.
It doesnt work :/. I use 60VG/40PG Juice and viscose (basically rayon) balls as wick. I can only take max 1-1.5s hits before i get a burning/dry taste because the wick can't keep up. I got the 4.3 Fogger with the worse air channels.

Anything i can do to fix this? I've read about people vaping high VG juices at sub ohm levels and not having problems, so I must be doing something wrong, right? :(

Did you wick more like a Kayfun or Aqua? For a thicker juice I'd only put at most 2 threadings worth of wick into the juice channel. You definitely don't want to be trying to fill them. Next I'd try with the tails over the channel and nothing actually in the channel.

Hey mate,

I tried all wicking options available on my Fogger v4.3, the one with just vertical channels and large deck. The only way that works for me is to cut the wicks very short, put your scissors against the deck, saturate the wicks with juice, put on the chimney and then with a small 1.5mm screwdriver or something lay down the wicks on top of the channels, and I mean, LAY DOWN, DO NOT STUFF THEM, if you stuff them you're done for.

Do that and it vapes brilliant!

It doesnt work :/ :(

Who is forcing you to vape it 30W? You could bring down the wattage of your device to 20W or even less before changing you wick and listening to all the suggestion above.

I have this same tank and have it working like a beast. But I found that no wick in the channels at all, will cause leaking out the airholes when laying on its side. Just a thought.

Could someone with a metric caliper or micrometer, measure the outside diameter of a good 510 threaded connector of any atomizer?
I'm in my truck and don't have my micrometer with me. I'm still dealing with YiLoong and their Big Fogger wrong sized 510 threaded connector.

YiLoong just responded to me. They say that the current production is 6.81 mm
But if my memory serves me right 510 = M7 X 0.5 mm. Therefore it should be 7.0 mm in diameter.

Could you please measure it for me?

I never had an aqua.. i just tried what people suggested. I'll try it more like what you suggested.

@EDO
Nobody is.. i just like it that way. But even at 15-20 i have the same issue, just a few seconds more.

Where are those metallurgists when you need one? They are here to criticize all the time...

I've got my answer. I stooped by Lowes in Texas and measured a Genuine Kayfun. It is, in fact 0.271 Inches which is 6.87 mm in diameter.
The Big Fogger featured in my video is 6.47 mm. No wonder it falls out of the Mod. But it came from the same people who said that Fogger 4 Plus holds 6 ML of liquid...

P.S: M7 X 0.5 Tap and Die is what everyone has to invest in, if we are buying stuff from China. IMHO
