Just got the last black one thru ar171_0 the eBay bullet shipper who has sold 663 of these. It's billed as the 4.1 but the box says 4.0...is this correct? Can't wait to slap a build on her. I have been a huge Aqua guy for long time.

Yes, it is the latest Authentic Fogger V4.4 as we call it or 4.1 as the manufacturer call it.

So the box at 4.0 is the correct box?...thanks for confirming..if it's a 4.4 called 4.1, why is the seller selling it 4.1....I'm .... like that...thanks again.

It is vary confusing, I know.
But relax, you've got the correct one. It is in my Fogger identifier called the ultimate Version 4.1. See for yourself and compare:

Just washed her up and viewed under a 6x's. My fill hole is pretty unflanged. There was a circular shard hanging off the hole [see pics] and the deck fill hole is pretty burred up as you can see. The positive deck is a fraction off centered I mean a fraction but...there is another circular chard below the deck where the fill screw comes in that I have to deal with. I like the design of the fill screw with no tiny washer to get destroyed like my kfl+. The Aero tank clone air ring is nice with that flange to adjust air flow. That was a nice design. For 33 bucks I was not expecting $160 atty quality but this does kind of blow...

Mine arrived yesterday from the Frog same as yours, first thoughts were what the heck then I notice invoice said 4.2?. Anyway this is a great product stripped it down to clean, threading is good as is its finish, double coiled last night and is working great on cotton atm waiting on some gifted Rayon.
I can only assume they have plenty of Fogger box's but don't know how to print revision label's. Anyway happy with it.

YiLoong quality has always been low. But you can remove the burr and make it work. The fill hole in this version is actually not that great. Much like the previous version 4.3 it is obstructed by the deck. Therefore you cannot insert a blunt needle all the way in. That maks it a little inconvenient to fill IMO. Just fill it very slow or you'll flood it. It holds exactly 4.5 ml FYI

EDIT: You overpaid. They are sold for $26.00 on eBay, free shipping.

I think for a tank atty for around $30 with a glass tank is a very good deal, I have 3 and they all are good, I wouldn't be to bothered if had some burs I had to remove for the money they cost, but guess I was lucky with mine, as all I had to do was clean them.

I agree on filling can be tricky to start with, I did find the thin plastic needle bottles work well, just have to take it slow filling it up, I did try a syringe and that didn't work out for me.

Good idea. I have one that has a slightly bent tip. I put it in and it passes the deck perfectly for an easier fill.

My 4.4 showed up today from sweet vapes. Came in the same box a couple pages back labeled as a 4.0 but has 4.1 engraved on it along with the smaller chimney and deck. No problems with screws, threads or fill hole on mine.

Vapes great after rewicking it like a kayfun, can't seem to get the right amount of cotton when running it into the top half of the juice channels.

Try more of a Kayfun style build. If you really want wick in the channel just go in the slightest amount, say 2 threads worth. When I used cotton for builds that worked great on the big channels in the large deck version. Since I've shifted to rayon I just cover the top of the channel, nothing actually in it.

The Fogger is an Aqua clone...same deck same build same wick...put the wicks to the bottom of your channels and gently fluff them into the channels so they recess from the threads so ur chimney screws on but will not move your wicks...you can go a tiny bit into the horizontal juice channels but not much. You do not want your wick shoulders outside your coils to have ANY bulge in them...they should be when plumped with juice, the same diameter as your coils or very near. So bottom line, it is a thinner wick than plump...my 2 cents after wicking aquas 900 times...

When you say "top of the channel" are you referring to the top of the deck or the bottom of the chimney threads?"

Sorry, should have been more exacting. Top of the vertical channel, at the deck. It really doesn't need much, if any wick stuffed down the channel. Even though its designed to be an Aqua with a tank, its behavior is more based on the Kayfun tank design part than the Aqua RDA part.
