They also sell these on Gotvapes. It seems alright but, it's built for Fluxomizers.

Do you have a link or a name on GotVapes ? I can't find them on the site.

Also, it doesn't seem to last very long at all with it's proprietary battery that is non-replaceable.

Are you saying this as someone who has owned one and had it fail in a shorter than acceptable time frame or are you just comparing it to your preferred user replaceable batteries ?

GotVapes is/has been sold out for awhile. They only got a few I believe for testing the waters...they are supposed to get more back in, but no idea when.

My opinions aside, you should decide for yourself:

4v is to low for me I wonder why so low

I'm guessing here. I watched steeljan's excellent review above. My guess is that it's not a booster. It's a regulator (possibly switched, possibly linear, possibly just PWM from the MCU)... so it limits the current. What I couldn't tell from the review was...does it follow battery voltage as the battery charge is used up? She did note the under load voltages... there is voltage sag... so under load it's about 3.7ish volts.

I also don't know the total amp limits (like for DC's) although steeljan mentioned a review by someone else that said they obtained good results with a 1.6 ish ohm DC (I think she said that they said 1.5...).

I really like the screen, the slide down connector, the build in charger (since the battery is not swappable). If I was looking for a 3.7 volt mod... I'd consider this.

When most of us discuss vv mods, we're usually thinking of HV -> SV ranges. But I guess that doesn't have to be the case. This is VV SV.

Bottom line, I'd like to see what it did when set to 4.0 volts and measured under load near the end of the charge cycle. My guess is that it doesn't boost. It follows battery voltage, and is a limiter. Just a total guess tho. So full disclaimer in effect.
