I am going to agree. You are at the top. Stay there. If a person can afford cigarettes he can afford a GG.
The top of the line GG will all but pay for itself in the first few months for most of analog smokers. That is what I was weighing out in my mind when I first went to vaping. Once I was a vaper I was always looking for a less expensive way to vape. I know, I know, I'm cheap...lol. The hardest thing to comprehend at that time was spending a lot of money on the GGTS or a little on some of the other PVs on the market. I find that my savings came from a larger "down payment" type of deal with the GG. Sure you spend more up front and then sit back and watch how much you save with time over the others.
When I bought my first GG there wasn't a lot of choices like there is now. I agonized about what to buy. I finally decided I wanted a GG. I have never regretted that decision for one second. Today there are a lot more choices but the GG is still at the top. It stands alone. They are selling faster than you can get them made. Just keep up with what you are doing Imeo.
I think for it to be sold cheaper, it will need to be made with cheaper parts... This will cause failure, complaints, ect.... Look at some of the cheaper made mod forums... They are overran with complaints...
My .02 for what it's worth.... Stay high quality and new users will find you soon enough...
We all progress in vaping if we stick with it and they will as well... When they are ready to move up, they will not have doubts about the quality because they will not be reading complaint threads that a cheaper device will create...

but it is in the works, as is the official GG forum, I just don't like to put half-done crap out there - I only show usually my sites in public when they are completed, I am sure you understand this.Exactly, stick to what you're best at. Trying to beat the Chinese at their own game cannot work and will bring down the prestige factor that the rest of the GG range already has.

I have one small story for you ...
The previous week I did a small travel to Italy ...I didnt want to take my GG at the plane (for security check reasons) so I decided to take my old m-401 atm with his 2 manual batteries ...the 3rd day my batterie`s buttons stuck and go out of order (in the same day) !!!
If I had the GG it would never happened !!

Oh a baby. They are so sweet at that age. I see now why you missed her so much. It probably seemed like she grew while you were gone.
Well it seems we came full circle on the thread I believe you started. Like others have stated, best to cater to the high end market, but to do that and stay in business with china or whomever, one needs to advertise. The chinese don't have to advertise, they cater to the low end market, the buyers who base purchases on PRICE alone. No need to go after that market as you can never win there, they flood the market with cheap stuff, some good, and a lot not so good. No one can learn about and BUY the GG product unless the word gets out there, and there are many ways to do that, but hey, that's your business.
This is true. Maybe one day a marketing campaign will be needed. You can be making you pans for when that day comes.
