My absolute no 1 is Aroma's unflavoured WTA. It makes me feel more like a smoker than a vapor...
The other no 1 is HHV Triple Threat...with 10% WTA mixed in, of course...

The two I’ve heard the most buzz about are alien visions bobas bounty and five pawns (I forget). The five pawns likely has either way or net in it though. Both are not very cheap.

My number one is no longer available, but there used to be a vendor called My Vape Juice. They made nets from whole cigars. Perdomo Lot 23 was the best.

Now, I have 2 #1 tobaccos also, both from Heather's Heavenly Vapes. Heavenly Tobacco, which is their take on an RY4, and Dark Horse, which is an excellent cigar type NET.

My favorite is Purilum sweet tobacco mixed in a 50/50 base and a tad of em crystals. The flavoring is mixed between 7-10%

Tough question but if I had to pick one, it would be a mix I call Island Cohiba which has been in my regular rotation for about 9 months now. It is a 50/50 (pg/vg) mix of Island Tobacco (SC) 2%, Cohiba (SC) 2%, Cuban Cigar TA (INW) .75%. Just a good ole cigar style tobacco. SC stands for Super Concentrates just for clarification.
