Do you use them all? Or when you buy a new one does the old one get pushed aside?

I bought the Joye 510 hoping it would be my ONLY PV and I do really like it. However, I'm already wanting an eGo, LOL. At the very least I was thinking of getting a few of the mega 510 batts. I don't really have too much of a problem switching out my batts every few hours but I'm trying to think ahead to my summer time camping trips when charging abilities will be limited.

Just like with taste its different for everyone. I've seen people mention getting a big battery mod and using nothing but that. I've seen other folk mention the same mod but how they use it at home and their cigarette form PV at work. I've seen folks mention trying something else and hating it going back to their original PV and I've seen people mention getting something and never using their original again.

One of the problems with this whole vaping experience is that there is no lack of hardware. There are tons of different possible combinations of atomizers, batteries, and the like. I want them all!! You are not alone! Usually, when I get a new PV, the old ones don't get much use. That's just the whole "new toy" thing, however, as I believe all of them have their place. At the very least it's nice to have backups! I still use my m401s from time to time, even though my eGo/Tornado is much more to my liking. I just got a GGTS #348 and I imagine my not-so-old eGo/Tornado will get put on the backburner for a little while, although I believe it still has its place in my vaping arsenal :)

Oh yeah, and get that eGo/Tornado, it really is a 510 on steroids. You'll love the extra battery life!

I enjoy using different PV's. I have different flavors in each and extra batts of the same color/type to switch out as charging is needed.
The different juices are amazing, too.
Check out the ECF classifieds for some used ones and your $$$ will go further, if that is any concern to you.

I try to rotate all of my mods and use all of them because they are so much fun. I take 3 different ones in a small case to work and try to take 3 different ones everyday except for the new ones which get taken for a ride everyday. For about a week at least-then they join the normal rotation. I have about 25 mods now and keep on ordering-but thats another story!

An ego is really just a 510 on steroids ya know :)
I bought an adapter and a 901 atty to try out and I sue it ALL the time for my fruit flavor vapes. They seem to prefer the 901 - the 510 is too fiery for them. OTOH the 510 does better with everything else. Thats all I have right now - Im holding off on battery mods, but if I DO get one, it will be to use with my trusty 510 attys :)

Thanks everyone!

I do think I'll be getting an eGo but I'm going to try to hold off until Cignot gets them in. I like the fact that I'll be able to use the attys and carts that I already have.

It's funny, here I am just a week in and I'm already carrying a small plastic craft box with me to work that holds my PCC, charger, extra juice, extra carts, safety pin & tweezers. Hopefully I won't be looking for a bigger box anytime soon

One of my major goals is to spend a lot less money vaping than I did smoking!

I have at least 30 fully functional PV's at any given time. Many are duplicates, but I have nothing that looks like a cig (well, maybe the eGo). I tend to get fixated on one unit for a month or 2, but I always mix in a couple of favorites with it. Right now I am experiencing much happiness with my Mr. P, but I still mix in the eGo and GGTS at times to, especially when I want to use cartos.......

I started with a 510, got a Tornado, then a couple 901 atty's, then a couple 801's, then a couple m4XX atty's, then cartomisers, and finally just got a new stainless eGO. I use different ones for different liquids but usually stick with a 510 atty or cartoz..

The eGO is a natural progression from the 510. Battery life can't be beat for a "stock" battery. If you do get an eGO, may I suggest the Stainless Steel model. I had a black one and just recieved the stainless on Saturday. Compared to the black, stainless looks like a very high end mod. The pictures on Janty's site don't do it justice.

All mine are in constant rotation (well accept the smoke51 which is just too unreliable).

I try and keep a different one on hand to whatever my main "go to" is that day/week/month for those I run into that show an interest, and for the sake or ability of mixing it up now and again (ok, I'll admit it..... I like that my acquaintances think I'm totally nuts !!).

However, I'm always on the lookout for something new to tickle my fancy (ya, this ole kid likes new toys, lol). In the beginning it was about the money more than just about the health advantage, but now...... the money isn't my deciding factor as much as the search for whatever keeps me moving forward with this harm reduction approach.

Heck, I keep telling myself the proverbial "someday", but my wife knows better, lol..

Greg

To try new things,I have started trading something I have for something I want to try.I like the 905's right now so I traded my 801 stuff for one.It works out well and Im not wasting so much $$ on trying things.Or I trade stuff that Im not using for gift certs at a place I want to try.I enjoy it and everyone gets what they want!

I have a few mod's...But i usually only carry 2 with me at any given time. Most of mine are box mod's..which i have come to love but i do have a few others.

I keep peppermint in one at all times...usually in a cartomizer. And i always have a " back-up" with me at all times. I'm terrified of being at work on a 12 hour shift and my vape going out..and not having a back up. It's my security blanket in a way.
