I don't think so PI but it's hard to speculate until any regulations are actually drafted for approval. I expect it will eventually put some of the small home brewed juice suppliers out of business. Any supplier with a brain in their head has seen this coming for a long time tho. I guess we'll start seeing who is serious in this business and who was just riding the money train...which to me is not necessarily a bad thing.

Yes, they could, and it is very astute of you to recognize that. Nothing has really changed, SCOTUS was not going to grant cert. As others have said we need to be preparing for a fight, but we need to see what regulations they propose. (IMHO we aren't going to like them - but I could be pleasantly surprised)

I don't look to the FDA doing much but making the juice safe and so on but the Gov. agencies as usual will add their $7.50 tax on every $.25 we spend like they did cigs. The FDA already knows how the courts are thinking and know if they get too stupid it will be litigated again and they'll lose again.

That's what they call it Mike. SIN Tax it's on booze, smokes and gambling. The funniest part is the government has no qualms about using the money but put down the users.

Being mostly a Christian believer, I think it sucks that they put a "sin" tax on booze, smokes and gambling.
