A responsible reviewer will give it a whirl for a couple of weeks or so. Phil has only recently moved over to "non carto" vapes, let alone a genesis type atty. That is why he should have taken it for a spin first. Dontcha think?

So if the air comes from the bottom would it be perfect with the u wick? This is how original scuba worked just add a spacer and a longer screw to the other side, ahh dammit now I have to order one hehehe

As a vendor I can no longer comment in the review section, but will offer my comments within the governing rules of ECF. I respect Phil a great deal for his honest reviews, but some of them lately well... let's just say they are over his head/area of expertise. That is my problem!
Remember the review he did on "Song's" Biansi?? That was a clone not the real deal. It sure gives a bad rep for the real Mc Coy now doesn't it?
Ok mine arrived, I filled it with my DIY 100% VG tobacco/menthol. It checked out at 2 ohms and I am breaking it in at 3.6 volts. Good vaper and the flavor a little muted which I expected on a new coil and wick at this low voltage. No harsh TH or coughing as Phil said in his review. It seems to be pretty well made for $15. I would never call this a dry hit, there is adequate vaper. I wll use it in its original form for a day or two. It has a lot of modding possibilities. I am happy with it.
Update: The air hole under the coil is very close to the coil and the result is pretty hot vaper. I like this since I vape 0 nic and my TH comes from heat and menthol. I am always adjusting my voltage on all my PVs to give me the TH without harshness. On this I can see that it will be a delicate balance and even at 4.2 v as Phill used it could get harsh until it gets a little crud. I have not had a dry hit.
I just watched PBusardo's review. I really don't watch many video reviews. By the sounds of it Phil didn't like the Stardusts either, is that true?

That was the first review I have watched. I have watched some PV construction videos but vaping has so many variables I would never accept someone else s taste buds.

CAn I ask what device you are using it on? I am a little bummed that Phil stated it would not work on the Provari.
This is why I favor igetcha69 reviews but dont pay too much attention at the vapor production stage,always make me laugh (specially since I`ve seen one in which the dude was reviewing a mod,not an atty and finished the review with the usual ""produces a good amount of vapor

Have it on a VV box mod, also tried it on a lava and no problem.

I just got mine today. Does not work on my Provari. Getting the same results as PB. It just doesnt wick at all out of the box. Going to drain the tank and drill out the holes a bit tomorrow then give it a try.
