6 & 7 years into this experiment, and Kitty & I get smacked across the head by yet another GAME CHANGER.

It's one that will never get much attention, because it's a minimalist in every sense, but we've both fallen hard for it. Same size and weight as our SX Mini ML's, yet dual 18650's, not a hint of fancy anywhere. Build quality on par with the very best we've ever used, and a vape that's 2nd to none. In fact, along with the Rev 1-3 Billet Boxes, and the EPMs, it's the best I've ever had. Smooth as silk (thank you, minimalist chip/design - similar to the aforementioned BBs).

I saw one of the reviewers (Heathen, I think?) had it as his "Best" for 2017. but it's just one of those that will be poo-poo'd for it's lack of features. As I've said more times than I can count, I don't vape features.

At our rip-roaring 9-11 watts of pure & unadulterated POWER, @Katdarling was a bit disappointed that she had to change her batteries after only a week's usage.

My wife came by and saw this thread. She says the game changer for her was when I found mods with bottom buttons and finally had something to do with my pinky other than trying to touch my brain through my nostrils. Apparently she's too sophisticated for digitally cleaning her nose! She's more Audrey Hepburn and I am more Al Bundy but she knew that going in. You'd think she would learn to celebrate our differences after nearly 30 years. I'm like, if its good enough for Obama, it's good enough for me.

I know that that's the thing I wrestled with for a long time, finding a style of vaping that I liked. It's not like smoking where you just found the smoke you liked and off you went. There is so much to learn about vaping that it took me over a year to find out what style I liked best, and then what Atomizers fit that style. When I came in all the MTL stuff was older and hard to find.

Pretty easy answer to the question for me. DNA chip mods, TC and the SXK Doggystyle 2K16 or the SJMY Doggystyle 2K16. I have stopped looking for other vape gear, perfection has been achieved

What's the quality of it like.

Define quality, Mr. Flakes.

I find it to be of the utmost in design and creative manufacture. This is a mod that abstoluuuuuuuuuuutely won't suit all, as it's incredibly basic. There are no clocks, and there are no light shows. It's VW and it can lock the wattage, and oh yes, it also can flip the screen.

THERE IS NO TC!



Beyond that tho, it's an amazing performer, and the vape is smoooooooooooth as silk. It rivals only two others that might be in that class (B Box and the EPM). Hand feel and weight, for a dual batt device (which is a first for me) is unbelievable. It feels SO much smaller than its dimensions would prove to be. It's solid, sweetie. It is topping the list for a unique mod that just gives total performance, without uber frills.

I love this device. And I am picking it up much more than all the other pretties. Go figure.

Mmmm... 2010, 1st cigalike, then a couple of years off and on vaping cigalikes, then Logic cigalikes got me off in 2012.

Let's see.. Then Halo egos and Triton tanks, interspersed with mechs and rebuildables, followed by the MPV2 and various clearos, Innokins and Vivi Novas.

The big change for me was the Nautilus. That one really got me to where I had a vape I could live with.

The iStick 20 was soon superceded by the ProVari 2.5.

The ProVari was a game changer for me on the power side of things, and then the Kabuki is just so much better than the Nautilus and that's where I am now.

My vape keeps going down, currently 7-7.4W, so; I'm not worried about bad things happening with the Naughtie coils.

Still waiting for TC to get right with God.

It probably is already, but I'm holding out for the slackjawed dumbass version.

I love this device. And I am picking it up much more than all the other pretties. Go figure.

Yeah - it ain't a "pretty" mod (yet you somehow still managed to make it look like it is), but it's a tough bugger.

I'd say that it's much more Joe Frazier than Muhammad Ali (showing my age).

I didn't get into any Pros & Cons because I didn't expect it to get much attention. It was more for me than for anyone else (at the time, at least).

There are components that some would consider to be downsides. If any are considering it, I'd strongly recommend watching one of the many YouTube reviews of the mod.

@gnees being the exception now, because he's known for his patience.

This vape thing - it's ALL subjective (not just "Taste" as they'd have us believe).
