I just closed off my top air flow and set the bottom to the smallest opening, I guess you could do a MTL hits, build a 1.2 ohm single coil, might just work.

Why would i need to go +1.2 ohm single coil? Cant one subohm vape for MTL? I'm newby lol :)

Thank you. Really apreciate it!

PS: would the Avocado 24 be more suited for MTL? For my untrained eyes it looks the same as Griffin BUT smaller lol :)

Do you guys have any kind of wiggle? I have some, not like in this video, but I have a bit. I'm wondering if is normal.

I watched Daniel from DJLSB vapes on YouTube & I think I remember him saying there is a slight wiggle. I think it's mod dependent.

got my griffin today. sadly has some slight quality issues, my black version has some missing color/scratches right at the airflow ring.

Other then that im pretty damn happy with it so far. Threw the same build in there i currently run in my tsunami ( 2 strands twisted 0.4mm ss,3mm id @ ~0.2ohm) and first try wicking its completly leak free and running damn nice at 60-90w.

One issue i noticed is that if you close the airflow more then one "click" it gets damn noisy. The top airflow also makes some sound and overall doesnt do much other then thinning out the flavor.

But other then that its a really solid tank which easily holds (and properly feeds) big builds, has plenty of af adjustment for the people that care. If you want a big tank to throw some clouds around and still get decent flavor this really is a great one.

Mine has a bit of a wobble if I grasp the upper section and move it. I think it is just the product of a thick oring where the glass goes into the base.

Black 25 from Myvaporstore in my case.

Mine is black as well

Same here, I also have the black one. So for anyone reading this thread, don't order the black ones. Heck, don't order any Geekvape products until they get their products right. Even the Tsunami RDA by them has issues as well, from what I've read.

Bought a Griffin. It leaks stupidly through the AFC with JFC fully closed.

Bought a Griffin 25. It also leaks stupidly through the AFC with JFC fully closed.

Swapped chimney-chamber o-rings on both.

Swapped deck o-ring on the Griffin but not the Griffin 25.

Tried all kinds of wicking methods on both. That means completely covering channels/barely visible through channels/halfway covering channels.

I'm not sure if it is something I'm lacking or I just got 2 DOA units. I'm leaning more towards the latter as it seems that most are satisfied with their units.

Should have waited for the Crius Plus instead.

Will a 25 mm atty fit on a Reuleaux without overhang? What about on a Cuboid?

Sent from my M7_PLUS using Tapatalk

I think it may hang over the Cuboid on the back side. I have a TFV4 on mine and it is 22mm. It has just about 1mm left until flush, so a 25mm tanks would be just over the edge. The sides would be fine, though.

mine doesnt hang over on my cuboid sits right at the edge. also no leaks or anything my 22m leaked pretty badly. single coil does not fit in my 22 its just to tight. may be able to trim it with a blade but im not going to try it as only one has the airflow. but single coil mode is a tad buggy. dual coil gives better flavor for me. both give about the same cloud wise

When I screw on the chimney-chamber section without the glass, I'm able to fully screw it down. When I try it with the glass section fitted, there's one whole turn that I'm not able to complete due to the fitted o-rings.

I'm convinced that the leaking is caused by the chimney-chamber connection because whenever I fill it above the connection, I get waterfall-styled leaking.

At first, I thought the top airflow had something to do with it meaning when the slots are open, it may or may not cause a disturbance in the pressure within the tank. Then however, I recalled my issues with the original Griffin which doesn't have top airflow and yet it leaked nonstop until the liquid level passed the chimney-chamber connection.

I really don't know what to make of it. I wouldn't call myself a newbie when it comes to RTAs as I've been tinkering with them since the first iteration of the Taifun GT. This tank (or rather these tanks) though is keeping me puzzled.

Geekvape has qc issues. I also have a 22 and 25 Griffin and both were duds. I let my friend who's been vaping since almost the beginning to try it out and he can't even figure out how to stop the leaking. I'll never buy another product from them. I'm really disappointed in the Griffin, since many owners have raved about it and called it the current king of RTAs and that was the reason why I ponied up almost 60 bucks now for both versions of the Griffin. Oh well, you live and learn.
