I am some what of a neo-luddite when it comes to vaping. I don't understand people with the whole "voltage drop" "hits harder" argument. I put a battery into my P+ and it works great. I put a battery into my ELA and it works brilliantly. I admit there might be something of a placebo effect with the ELA vaping better because I like it more but I don't notice a voltage drop with either until of course, it's time to change the battery. I put a well built atty on to one, it works. I put the same atty on the other, it works. I understand tasting different flavors in a fine whiskey but noticing a difference in a mod that vapes a 4.3 volts vs one that vapes at 4.25? I don't get it. Maybe in this case, ignorance is bliss.

I have been having serious pain in my right rib area for a week or so. I went to one of those Emergency Medical places today. They did a chest x-ray. Possibly, not related to my pain, I have fluid in my right lung. I have to go for a lung CT tomorrow. I hate lung CTs! So scary! Wish me luck! :)

Will be keeping you in my thoughts tomorrow, wishing you good health karma.:nun:

When you go to Emergency Medical Centers here, the Patient Records system calculates your BMI. If your BMI is too low, the computer kicks out a paragraph, telling you: 1) your BMI is too low; 2) why it may be too low; and, 3) you need to see a physician regarding this issue.

I hate that paragraph! I am not too thin! A computer telling me I am too thin? Really? :)

I wonder if it tells you, if you are too fat? Nobody has a problem, telling me I am too thin. But, wouldn't they be ......, if I told them they are too fat! :)

LOL, I remember those. I was always borderline too thin. It all depends on where you live or how old the data entered was. I was always slim/ thin, then a decade back I gained a lot of weight, went up to 160 from 107. I decided to loose wieght and got back down to 105. My mom kept hounding me that I was too thin. My sons and other family thought I was just fine. It odd, once your body gets in the losing weight mode it can keep losing even when you stop worrying about it.

I started getting down to 100, and working like a dog, and stressed out like a freak at work. I started eating doughnuts, pizza everything and I never gained past 110. I stopped working because of that "stress" there. I was still thin. Started watching what I ate as the lack of stress from work helped. I was suffering from depression and put me on prozac. It was fine, but I was still real bad. THey switched me to Celexa and damn if I suddenly blew up. I told them I was not feeling better , and actually worse. TOo long to go into but they kept me on it for over 3 years. I am back to 155, which is really depressing. I decided to hell with them, the side effects were real bad and all the things I read said those were bad and should tell the doctors. They didnt care.

So to get back, im sure the machine would now call me morbidly obese at 155. Im only 5' 2" So If Cucco and I get together some day and hang out, people would call us "Skinny and Fatty" "Laurel and Hardy" "Ren and Stimpy" ... I prefer "Ren and Stimpy"

The doctors in those places always ask "Is this your 'normal' weight? Have you had sudden weight loss? Today, I told the doctor "No, actually I am up in weight. I have been working hard on it.". The 'look' is always funny when I say that. :)
