OH i bet if air could get into the fill hole then that would then let the juice freely run up through the wick when you draw.
cant play with it to find out as i dont have mine yet ...

Ok, tried that, juice in mouth and leaking out even w/slightest turn, but is great tasting.

On another note, got my 2 Lines late yesterday afternoon on my way to work. Started putting them together today. I don't care what I do, can't get a 1.3 - 1.5 coil. Did get a 1.9 but couldn't vape it. Have 2 coils now. 3.0 using 6V and this next one 2.4 - can't use it too harsh for 6V - nasty for 3.7 Anybody understand why this would be 2.4, even if I took one wrap off it wouldn't go down far enough. 400 superfine - 32 G Kanthal A-1

By the way, dare I try to bend the smaller silver wire over farther. It is very difficult at that angle to wrap the wire, needs bent more.

I'm having the same issue with not being able to wrap a coil less than 1.9 ohm. I think we bought the wire from the same place on ebay. I wonder if it really is 32 awg... Maybe it's 34 mislabeled, who knows... I'm gonna order some 30 awg and see what happens.

Your setup looks nice! You can bend those posts, no problem.

I know D, me too... I've been using on my ProVari mostly because of that. I'm hoping that the wire is exactly what it's supposed to be and that maybe I'm just doing something wrong. I wonder if anyone else who bought this Kanthal A1 is having similar issues...

Ii don't know, but I am in an agitated state. I wanted to get away from 6V and stacking. Bring on the Kick or Imeos VV

I just removed my coil and tested the wire with my DMM without it being wrapped around SS mesh. I'm getting the same resistance regardless... It seems that the only way I could get around 1.5ohm with this wire would be with about two wraps but I imagine that wouldn't produce much vapor. I'll order some thicker wire and experiment... I'm not giving up, that's for sure!

Which voltage are you using? Do you find that a genesis style atty prefers cooler temps or do you still get good flavor at or above 10W with your juices?

around 9 watts, higher and more coils just does not wick fast enough as far as I was able to test.

That's kind of my experience too... Is there a way to make it wick faster? Maybe rolling the mesh looser?

It is going to be trial and error, but when rolling the wick looser, you will have to decrease the width otherwise it does not fit the hole anymore and by doing that the wicking size will be smaller.....so....

Actually I'm getting that 6000 parts as soon it hit's the shelves. I have iatty and love it. This is way better
