I managed to get 510 out and destroyed it lil, gotta get another one, I polished her up the engraving looks like a ghost engraving now. Will continue to report.

With a polishing wheel and rouge can't do it assembled the heat will melt plexy. Gonna go with ic connectors on the posts, pics later.

Good so far lol, I'm using 18g stainless steel tubing. Soldered onto pos brass pin and Ic connector soldered onto tube. Hope it works lol.

Here is I would have used:
Stainless Steel 303 Threaded Rod, Machine Cut, #0-80, 24" Overall Length (Pack of 1) | SmallParts.com

And then heat shrinked it all the way to the top.

My Line setup is holding consistent; IF:
after following all the steps in Rawveg's video, after a while things start to change; like resistance going up, I go back inside and check the coil.
It was set up with 3 / 4 wraps and measured 1.8 Ohms which was surprising but yet great imo (4volts on the Provari), and this morning it was showing 3.0 Ohms.
I looked at the coil and saw the mesh was touching one of the silver wires.. moved it over a bit and back to 1.8 Ohm.

Seems like the most important detail is to get a tight wrap and make sure the wire is not touching the bottom plate, and that the mesh is standing free. Any excess wire on the silver post should be cut very close so not to touch the cap too.
If the wrap on the silver post is not tight, it'll slide, that's for sure.

UPS did pick up tracking for mine about a week later once it processed through NY.

yippie mine is at the post office. i was sleeping when the mailman came (i work 3rd shift) and cant pick up until tomorrow . the tracking number did not change until after they attempted delivery
