I thought about that too. Figured I would try the .20 kanthal D first. Hate to wait for shipping all the way from Germany.
After reading Imeos post on resistance wire and ohms - I may have to re-think this wire business.

32 works for me on one line on the provari, but can't get the other to work, but eye will educate me!
Morning emonty had a nice lunch yesterday and came back and made some #300 wicks lol
Great eye, ordered some 34 kanthal and am determined to get Line #72 & #60 at 100% thxs bro!!
34 awg is what you need for higher Ohms in a small space and if the #300 wicks better you will need a fog warning siren 
I posted that I think if the wire is touching the bottom plate it will short... is this right or is that not an issue?
Guys found something weird. Oxidize mesh, coil it up and connect to silver electrodes. Low ohms on provari and it heats up my battery causing it to collapse the spring on my silver bullet.
Took the same mesh, did a coil and use it on a bulli a2 classic, 2.0 ohms on provari and fires normal on silver bullet. Meaning i got the mesh oxidizing right. But the coils are done not near perfect but perfectly. Still low ohms using the line. Any suggestions? Please don't tell me to oxidize it properly and coil it right. I did everything from a ....ty coil to a perfect coil.
Won't fire on my bb, glv mini. But it fires on the silver bullet but it collapsed the spring. Weird but true. Could it be the silver electrodes? I'm running out of options. Thank you in advance.

When you trim the coil wire that is on the long silver post make sure its not touching the top cap when you screw it back on
And make sure the turns of your coil are not touching each other that lowers the coil resistance
And dont let the mesh touch both silver posts

Not sure if this is the right thread to do this in. But I would like to purchase a line. Put me in line for the line I guess you could say. Any idea if there making another batch and if so when the predicted release date is? Thanks guys

LOL I'm feelin' that - I have been using a small magnifying glass with a handle on it! But it sure helps.. And I use a pair of tweezers with the tips filed sharp to pull and manipulate the Kanthal.Yeah ukeman, we are getting old, i actually bought one of those magnifying lamps
I use it on the "OG Puck" - it works well at 4,8 or 6 Volts. I have around 1,7 to 2.4 OHMs after I do 4 wraps on the coil. 3 wraps burn the juice. 5 wraps takes too long to heat up. I got the Kanthal A-1 from a seller on Amazon.com named 'Sandvik'. I found I get a mild short if I let the Kanthal touch any part of the oxidized wicking. Not sure why. So I just move the wick slightly and it's fine. The OG Puck uses Ni-Mh batts and it's a boxmod PV.
I've been using 32awg Kanthal A on the Line with mixed results, but hey, i'm still learning
I just made a new coil from 34 awg Kanthal D. I twisted two strands of 34 awg, and made 4 wraps on the Line. That measured 2.4 ohms, perfect for the Lavatube and presumably for the Provari as well. So far it works fine and produces vapour even at 3 volts, not much taste though! I get great taste and vapour at 3.7volts. I haven't taken it above 4.2 volts yet, but so far it looks promising.
I have used the twin 34awg on my Iatty with good results, and so far it works fine on the Line as well
