Thanks Robino! I also wanted to comment about the link about NOLA's Ban.. Did I read correctly that it included condo's?
If I own a condo no one is going to tell me that I cannot vape in it.

Final(?) list: http://cqrcengage.com/casaa/file/yVGLuVCZJO7/NOLA Smoking and Vaping Ban Detail.pdf

I would have to do some more digging re:condos. I don't see it. They may have changed their minds about ATM lines. The link that showed that was from one of the ANTZ sites crowing over their victory.

Don't forget about Big Pharmaceutical, loosing money on crappy products like nicotine gum, patches and horrible drugs like zyban and chantix

Oh, I haven't forgotten them. It's the same racket as medicine and cancer research which I mentioned earlier.
With vaping; Pharma loses, state and feds lose, doctors lose, the "good samaritans trying to get people to quit (all the public service groups and charitites)
lose MONEY. And MONEY is what all this comes down to.
Sure, some people are genuinely concerned about our health..because they haven't been properly informed
but the majority of the folks with any kind of power don't care whether we live or die.
What they care about and want is our money.

They want us to believe that vapor has to be taxed like tobacco because vapor causes
the same kind of damage that tobacco does and therefore they need the money to safeguard
our health or give us treatment when the vapor makes us sick. Nonsense.

I'm sure you're familiar with Jonathan Gruber, the guy who helped write the affordable care act and his statements that the legislation
was written in a way as to go over the head of all us stupid Americans. Well hello. That's the way all the propaganda is written, counting on the fact
that most working class citizens won't understand jack. Who has the time to research and look for the truth when most people are working to make ends
meet and then try to relax in their spare time, if they have any, by being hypnotized by the boob tube?
How many of the folks you know are fluent in legalese?

We have a Charter of Rights which is under permanent attack by various factions.

So you guys are experiencing the same thing we are. What's happening is the creation of a one world government.
The constitutions, charters, and national identities all over are being slowly attacked in order to discredit them and create
new guidelines that negate independent sovereignty.

We'll soon have the United States of North America comprising the US, Mexico, and Canada.
We already have the European Union.
Chavez was trying to unite the countries of South America under the socialist banner.
The jihadists are trying to create a world caliphate.
A 1000 Thousand points of light, A new world order....More like a 1000 points of darkness and a new world odor
and it stinks 'cause none of these people want to let me vape in peace.

Wow, I'm ranting. But I'm ranting the truth. Think I'll stop a while and try this watermelon juice..

It will be interesting indeed watching how this plays out during Mardi Gras. Although, considering how much they will be making in fines, I bet they won't lose very much money. :glare:

Maybe not the first year but after that smokers just might stay home. The last time I was at Mardi Gras *everybody* (well almost)
had a smoke and a paper cup full of booze in hand as they stumbled down the Quarter.
Most people that go won't know the law until they get fined. But they will know thereafter.

The whole thing is worse than silly. It's like saying people can't go in the ocean when they go to Miami Beach.
Next thing you know they'll outlaw drinking in public out of disposable cups. No more booze in paper cups because of the litter...
