Ah! Merci, mon ami. That's what I wanted to read. Thanks for saving me the search through municode.
Wow! page 6 nails us.
Where I'm truly appalled is on page 20, line 266, item 3; Private Clubs.
How they get away with prohibiting smoking/vaping in private clubs is due to
"The organization has been granted an exemption from the payment of
federal income tax as a club under 26 U.S.C. Section 501"
That tells me that if the private club doesn't apply for tax exemption under 26 U.S.C. Section 501
they can probably regain the freedom one would expect from the word "private".
That's got to be fodder for an appeal.
At least Sec. 66-73 cuts private homes and tobacco retailers some slack but still, the whole thing is yet another ridiculous attempt by gub'min
to protect us from ourselves that as far as this writer is concerned is just unacceptable.
Man, I thought Miami-Dade County's anti-smoking ordinance was bad but this..
What were they thinking? Sheesh!
Quelque chose de terrible est arrivé et New Orleans. ce est presque aussi mauvais que Katrina
Je pense que je ne suis pas plus Charlie.
Oh, sorry.
