I tried both, one hole is working the best IMHO as two holes gives too much air flow. Again try a few, first one will maybe not work right away, but when you get the right hole, you will love it!!

the tools:
I drill a hole with the 1.2 mm and then use the etching tools to make the hole wider, not deeper. Push the inside wool a little inwards so you will have the juice running better. good luck!!

Hey, I just bought the same dremel! Now for some metric drill bits, and I'm good to go.

Good, use the 1.6mm first, be careful not to go to deep, then use the etching tools as described earlier

So, using the etching tools, the hole should be wider on the outside than it is on the inside of the atty? Like this \ / ? It's creating a sort of funnel, right?

Oh, and is it 1.2 or 1.6 mm?

Nevermind, read the other thread.

Thanks to Joe the neighbor, was able to put some 1.3mm holes in the carto (almost) iaw emonty's instructions.

Good news, vapes well at 3.7 and 6v. It looks like I'll get almost a month's worth of attys, minimum, for less than $10 bucks!

Bad news, still getting seepage around the air inlets/control ring. I almost topped it all the way up, will try to see if filling somewhere around 3/4 of a tank could reduce or solve that problem.

Hey Clyde,
Just curious... when you put top cap on, are you putting them on together?

I've recently noticed that when I put the lower cap on, then the upper cap (with the draw adjuster closed) I get a lot less flooding/leakage.. might be due to the tank being able to decompress a bit.

I guess if you are using the mouthpieces that might be a moot point.

I also removed those extra o-rings, but I think you've already done that.

I'll be keeping an eye on the afs when I go through this tank to make sure it's not the usual flooding after filling quirk of this mod.

Switched out my 18650 for two cr123 3v's....dayuuummmmnnn!:D I can see why that dutch guy loves these things: cheap, dependable, versatile and a great vape.

I am happy that you are happy!!!! :D:D:D:D

PS: no caps, only mouthpiece. Also I have the best results with the Turbo cartomizers. No leaking what so ever, not one drop, even if I leave the control ring open the whole day and night.

Clyde put the o-ring back on the brass connector if you have it off. Make sure when you tighten the brass connector down you tighten it as tight as you can get it by hand. If done right the o-ring will look compressed a bit. If it's on tight enough when you go to take it off again you'll have to use a towel or something to get it off.

1. Not sure what you mean by 'no caps'.

2. Where do you get turbo cartomizers?

Thanks.
