2xcr2, 3 volt batteries vapn, and you cant take a GG with gold or silver caps. You must choose from the start
No vapn, because 18500 has an external diameter at 18mm and GG has an internal diameter at 16mm, sorry my friend
If you like the 3.7v option, vapn, you can use a 14500 in it......
do you need a spacer with those or no.... I was pondering this yesterday.

ooooh, this is a tough question.
OK, when I am in front of the computer all day, it's the trans with the 3000mAh 18650 3.7v battery and a 901/RN4075 atty.
I also have one of my grants here, in the 6v configuration with a 510 atty on it that I use from time to time in the day for an extra 6v hit......
If going out, or on a drive, I use the slim or the nano or my DPV9s (although I always have my trans with me too - I just don't tend to use it whilst driving).
I wll probably switch completely to a GG with AFS or a GG with DPV9 cartys when driving, once these options are both available.
So your answer in short, is that I use them all, but the trans more than any of the others......This may well change to the TS more than any others, once I have one of those.

That makes me wonder why would I go with that then.,, The slim would be better for that ... Yea I just changed my mind... The Gold Slim is it... That is the one I want now... A lot of people dont have much luck with cr2 batteries, me too. Thats the reason I dont make Grant in big quantities. In a while, more people will see it. Its not very good option, I am trying always for the best and cr2 is not the best. It works ok but you need luck with these batteries. Also 3v batteries are not good as I want, thats the one of the 2 reasons I moved to 7,2 volts. But many people still want Grant and I dont want to disapoint them so I made some of them too.

Also, the Grant is great with the 14500 too. The size does make a big difference (in this instance, anyway
)I can make a front button GG with a 16,5mm diameter and 68mm in length (like nano in length) but it will hold a 14500 battery!. A real small thing. Do you like it for the future?
