I was working on lathe today (I eat my hand again to the machine) and suddenly an idea came up. I stop the machine and I sit for 2 hours moveless like a fish. When I went back to the machine I made the

Another one e-cig problem is solved permanently.

There is one more problem (the last one). When I solve it we will smoke the best e-cig of the universe.!!!

Thats a dificult part sweet rejoice because I have not make them for sale and you must send it to me. Exept this you will have an extra cost because the new button is more expensive. It has threads and a threaded nut, all made by me. You must know that the threads are one of the most dificult parts in lathe (Vince maybe agree with me) because you dont know how to hold an already threaded piece to make threads to the other side. You will destroy the first ones.

But dont worry about update the GG so soon because I am thinking of the last problem that smokers have. When I finish with it, then you are free to update honey

Difficult indeed. You would have to make an internally threaded arbor to screw the existing button thread into and then thread the other part a little at a time (small passes) so not to strip the existing threads by too much twisting force. Very tricky. And you will need a threading tool to thread to a shoulder.

Maybe easier to make a complete new button, hard to say without seeing a close-up of the piece.

Thanks Vince, its really very nice to have a man who knows the tecnical dificulties of a job so other people understand the price. Do you know how many people here ask about the price? They think its easy, I dont blame them because they dont know, as I dont know the dificulties of other things.

I want 2 of them,
when they are ready for me,
I will send you my GG
I have one of the first ones
with only 1 upgrade to my spring,
so you will have lots of upgrades to do on mine,
and then you can sent it back to me
with 2 new transformers,

then lil bunny will be a happy GG lady.

We have solve the battery problem, the volts problem, the button's position problem,the wires problem, the good looking problem, the service problem, the rolling problem, now the secure button problem and the last one witch I cant say it, its a surprise until I think of it and make it.

To speak the truth this was not my way making 2 threads in one piece, but I am not a master to the machine. I am an insurance guy who remembered his old tecnics. I am not a pro like you, but I manage. There are things that I let my friend do them, because I am slow and I dont have the time to make them. I have the ideas and he is doing the dificult parts. Today he was busy, so I had the idea of the button and I couldnt let it for tomorow, so I try it. The result was very nice I think.

In the near future I will give all the work to him and I will look the parts, assemble them, and test them.
