Hi All,

I own most of the gg range , i recently purchased 2 ggtb's the ali and the nickle.

Ali works a treat. The nickle however has issues using 901 atomizers. It shorts causing the spring to overheat ( Hot to touch like a stove top)

I switch the top cap from the ali over to the nickle all seems to run 100%. Tried switching springs buttons from the ali over to the nickle. TOp cap of the ggtb nickle is at fault only with 901 atomizers. 510 808 work ok.

Have another ggtb user also with a nickle ggtb having similar issues with the top cap using 510 atomizers.

Anyone else with the nickle have any issues

Hi aussie my friend. I made the center pin 1 mm longer to fit all 901 atomizers because some of them have have short center pole, some of them long center pole. But as you know the GG is a device that every user can adjust it everytime in the most easy way. So you can do 2 things:

1. Dont screw atomizer very hard.
2. Unscrew the center pole of GGTB and put an o-ring on it (like those tiny ones you have on your GGTS connector). Then screw the center pin again in place. If you see that this small oring is thin then put a 4/1,5 or 3/1,5 or 2/1,5. Thats it mate:)

Pin needs to be flush or slightly recessed ie:

If sticks out a bit need a tiny o-ring or spacer where I have the centre green line to recess the pin a bit:

If this doesn't fix it put a small insulation disk when I've drawn the circle:

Pretty confident this is most peoples issue, not the pin.
